My experience here I was not at all great. It started out good because I looked for Tamalar to do my hair she had previously done my daughter's hair when her shop was in Lancaster. For the first time she did my hair there was no problem. I like to buy a fresh pack of hair each time I got a sew-in. 100% Human hair and always we 20 inches or more. I discussed with her about returning my hair the very first day. The first time she kept my used hair I didn't mind but I started asking her to return it to me. I spent a lot of money and wanted to reuse it. She said she would wash and refurbish it. So I paid her to do that. The first time she claimed that the hair that she gave me she gave it to me by mistake. Whatever, reason she was keeping my hair and lied and refused to return it. I have had 2 different peoples used hair. The hair that she just gave me the length was only 16 inches and I never buy my hair that short. I spent too much money on my hair to just give the hair to her that I could reuse it and get it redone and basically what she did was just stole $225 worth of hair. This wasn't the first time she did it twice. I let it slide as a honest mistake the first time. Second time shame on me. I want you to be aware this woman is not honest. I will not patronize this business anymore. There is another woman in the salon and this is not targeted to her, just Tamalar. You know what you did. Even after the opportunity to do me right you still did not come correct.

And I am recommended products as I text the representative while the beauty supply because website was down and she was very happy to help me by sending photos of which products are recommended for hair care. Even my daughters (one of whom is featured on their website) who both have purchased their product before said that their wigs does not shed like this. Did they switch vendors or perhaps I happen to get a bad batch. And for record "you are supposed to get what you pay for" is what I always say - well I surely I didn't get that this time.
