There was absolutely no reason for things to become physical. This was extremely unprofessional, inappropriate, and honestly shocking to witness in a business setting. No customer should ever be treated that way. I truly hope the situation is taken seriously because the behavior displayed was unacceptable. Please be cautious when visiting this establishment.
