Very bad experience at the saloon. Employees displayed very rude behavior towards me on top of which she burned my hair. Kept on continuing with heating tools even if i complained about the heat. I've been going to see Ahmed since 2019 and he has always given me a solid hair cut that I leave happy with. A men's cut starts at $30, which is pretty reasonable given the quality of the service received. I first came across this salon when they were offering a deal on GroupOn. I'm glad that I checked them out. The salon is welcoming and clean plus the reception is friendly. Mum and I had a great experience here. We went for manicures and were treated by two lovely young ladies who not only took great care of us, but also entertained us the entire time. All the staff were very kind to us while we were there and we would both go back. I have yet to try their other services, but the manicures were lovely and very well done. read more

Had my makeup done for a wedding and it was horrible! I repeatedly requested a "natural, simple" look as I don't like a lot of makeup or heavy makeup ... but my request was ignored and I left looking like a clown from a horror movie. I have never had so much makeup on my face before let alone such heavy dark makeup. I ended up spending a lot of money just to go home and wash it all off before the wedding. read more

I had a package of Keratin Shine Treatment for my hair and I have mentioned that I have highlighted my hair a month ago and they have been burned and I wanted to treat my hair, the hairdresser spend 10 minutes treating my hair and 45 minutes styling it! and to be honest the style doesn't even look good! Super rude and condescending. My stylist walked away and made me comb my own hair and was talking down to me the entire time. When I informed the owner he was equally rude if not more so and just did not care that I had a bad experience especially since I was getting my hair done for a special occasion, it just ruined my day. read more
