As of mid-April, he and his crew have been handling trash pickup, cleaning floors in our breezeways, cleaning elevators, washing down the dock and pool area, blowing out the garage area and a million other things. Also, we have contracted Daniel to do the following: * Install (2) hardy plank decks in our pool area * Pressure wash the soffits in our breezeways, as well as the entire building * Pressure wash our outside parking area * Paint and Re-stain the fence around our pool equipment Daniel is exceptionally knowledgeable, a hard worker and an excellent communicator.
