This Fleet feet in lawrenceville is awesome! Great customer service and helped me find shoes that fit just right. Found out I have been running in shoes too small for a good bit of my life. Excellent service! I made an appointment online with Fleet Feet to get fitted for some new running shoes. The online scheduling feature was quick and easy. It also allows you to notify them if you are there or running behind schedule. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was ready to help. We did a scan with Fit ID which looks at your feet to recommend shoes that'll work best for you based on how you walk/run, pressure points, etc. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, unlike many other stores I've frequented. Their expertise makes all the difference in ensuring you get the best pair of shoes for you. The first pair of shoes recommended ended up being the ones. I love efficiency! I did try on other pairs as well as just to be thorough, and was able to take a run outside to ensure they were comfortable. I was in and out pretty quickly. Took a run in my new shoes that same evening and couldn't be more pleased. Definitely recommend visiting Fleet Feet! read more

As someone that has flat thin feet and barely can fit in a women's SZ. 11 . . This and another South Carolina store, did not even carry 11's. Flat footed people cannot fit in " the popular or most purchased shoe . . OUR FEET will fit in those shoes like a round peg in a square hole. It should be common knowledge for this type of store. Also YES people that wear size 11 and 12, still run, jog and walk. I feel like these stores cater to runners who want the best fit, look and newest fashion , all while wearing a perfect size 7. Just being funny here, but I think you'll get my point. And while HOKAs cushion your foot like a baby all swaddled up, FLAT FOOTED people cannot do the ROCKING forward motion SO DONT ASK! And a sz 11 anyway would be like wearing concrete blocks on our feet. A normal set of feet can buy off the rack, people with pain can find a foot doctor, however hard to fit feet need a little assistance and you should be able to assist the other 20% of us. I fit like a glove in " the least comfortable " new balance and Nike shoes. The ones no ones else likes. . . One style of each at $160 a pop. Both are years now discontinued, unfortunately. Wish these specialty stores could help people that really need it. read more

The lady said nothing to us and went straight to the register and stood there while the guy walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us at all. So happy to have found a great running store near my new 'hood! I used to go to Fleet Feet in Decatur and Big Peach in Brookhaven, and those are still great shops, but the Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville is superb. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great - the store is WAY bigger than it looks from the outside. They do a really brisk business on the weekends, so you may have to wait for assistance, but they will greet you and put your name on a list so you can browse and not worry about losing your place in line. read more

I love Fleet Feet! First of all I wear a 13 4E shoe. I'm so tried of going into box stores and getting the eye roll and hearing NO we don't have anything or ordering on line and they don't fit. Fleet Feet FITS your shoe to your foot and makes recommendations for insoles if you need them. If you are a runner, even better. They have a lot of info and accessories. My feet feel great in every pair of shoes I buy here! Don't walk away if it takes a minute to get to you. They will take as much time with you as they did the last person. BEST customer service I've ever had a shoe store. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I got a complete evaluation. He didn't just size my feet. He watched me walk to determine if I had any pronation. Who knew things like that were important?!?! He recommended several shoes that would help with my pronation, and he carried three of those in wide widths. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was overall with my experience at Fleet Feet. This was my first time visiting Fleet Feet. I always had the impression that is was very over priced. I went in saying that I was going to try on and buy on line. I was greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate. I was looking for a HOKA One One shoe My feet were measured and he inquired about what was important to me. He was very concerned that my shoe fit appropriately and he explained some of the technology behind the shoes. I was very pleased with my experience. Horrible customer service. Went in to try a pair of "On" brand shoes, and was told that they didn't have any of the colors that were displayed on the wall- there were lots of options. The associate then asked me what size I wore, and went to check what colors he had them in. He came back and said they were completely out of 12.5-13. He didn't even bother to tell me about the shoe, or ask if I possibly wanted to order a pair to get shipped to the store so I could try them on. First shopping experience in here, because I was told this was the place to go to get great customer service and find a shoe that fits my foot the best. Will not be back if this is the way they treat their customers. What a shame, because I came in to buy a pair of shoes, and now I'll go spend my money elsewhere. To management, you may want to hire some people who will go above and beyond to make sure your customers are satisfied. I'd rather make the drive to New Orleans to the Good Feet store so I could get better service and actually have the shoes in stock. Why put a display wall up when you have literally none of the colors displayed in stock? Do better. read more

I love the customer service that each person gets. They ask what you want and what your needs are for the activities or lifestyle that the shoes are for. They will watch you walk and make a few suggestions for the type of shoe that will be best for your body and feet. They want to put you in a shoe that is fit for your needs so that your feet feel great. Whether you're walking, running or standing, they want you to feel great. Some people tell me that they are expensive, I tell them that I am on my feet at least 15 hrs a day on concrete and my feet are my everything. I feel like I need to treat them like gold. 2/3 of my life is spent on my feet. I have spent more on bad shoes trying to find a good pair, with no customer service at the other places. I have been a customer of Fleet Feet for many years. All the employees are wonderful and I will continue to shop here. Ya'll are the best! read more

I have been purchasing shoes like most people do my entire life based on looks. I have suffered shin splints for years and finally decided to check this place out. The young girl working was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She analyzed my feet and the way I walk and recommended some shoes to try. The shoes I ended up purchasing are AMAZING and for the first time in a long time my shin splints are gone and I am able to run with greater ease and enjoyment. We arrived at 2:40 only to be turned away due to the amount of people already waiting in the store because the employees of the store "had to get home to their families." I went in as a brand new runner looking for a good pair of running shoes. Shawn was very patient and helpful. Are the shoes cheap? No. However, Dick's Sporting Goods had the same pair for ONE PENNY LESS but I got the expertise so I think it was a good deal! :) Plus, I needed a 9 1/2 narrow which Dick's didn't have in stock and would require an online order...... which would require waiting...... but Fleet Feet had it! read more

I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. After the associate evaluated my feet and walk, I purchased a pair of tennis shoes. I wore them for a week and was having trouble with my feet hurting. I went back to see if there were any inserts that would help with the issues I was having. I was once again greeted very warmly. They reevaluated my feet and walk and found me a pair of tennis shoes that were perfect. They took their time helping me and making sure I was completely satisfied. My overall experience was far above any other shoe store I have ever been. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. read more

My son has a wide foot and his coach recommended Fleet Feet, we went in on a Sunday afternoon. The sales clerk fitted him for the cleat but did not have any in stock. Called me on Monday liked he promised to tell they did not get any in that day. Couple of days later, sales clerk called and said the cleats arrived.
