I have been an Adidas fan since Run DMC sang MY ADIDAS!! I'm in this store a lot (more than 2 times…read morein a week sometimes) because I like to see if they have any new or at a great deal. Apparently, this makes me look suspicious because multiple employees seem to follow me around the store. Since I have an email set up they have all my information even if they didn't, I'M NOT A THIEF and don't appreciate being treated like one. I spend way to much money at this store and on Adidas gear period for them to disrespect me or anybody in this way. Don't know if I will shop here again. From past reviews bad customer service is their motto since 2011 and it's 2022. Disappointing. Update- I was able to speak with the manager, Zach in person and he is a great representative of the Adidas brand.  He assured me that this is not how he wants his customers to be treated.  I am confident that he will address the issues with the employees.

Based on a video I saw on social, I was under the impression that they were going to be doing the printing right then and there onsite, but I quickly learned we had to come back down to pick it up once it was ready (about a week later). We did have to buy the jersey + skirt (which I figured) and the name customization was free, however, you had to pick between a color or patch which I was confused on and there wasn't an option to add a number (which differed from what I saw in the IG video). Unfortunately, all of the Team USA kits were sold out by the time we arrived so we ended up getting an Argentina jersey + skirt. They didn't have my daughters size for the matching skirt, but an employee was so helpful (even through all the event chaos and crowds), and helped me get the right size ordered to the store so that it could be there ready for pickup when I came back to get my daughter's new customized jersey. Overall, it was a cute event and great idea, but the execution could have been a bit more streamlined and organized.

Upon entering the store I could see the show wall and noticed they carried Hokas and I was interested in seeing for myself how they felt. There is even a treadmill for runners to try the shoes before purchasing. Fernando was wonderful. After telling him what I had been wearing and the issue I was having he gave me the VIP treatment. In addition to being fitted with the old-school sizer he explained to me why extra room was needed. I also had a foot scan done which was very informative. Fernando also showed me a few things I had been doing that can hinder the wear and tear on my shoes. I purchased the Hoka Bondi and with Fernando's advice I'm no longer adding to the wear of my new shoes. I look forward to purchasing from Big Peach again.
