He was kind and patiently waited for other family members traveling in the vehicle to be picked up and our belongings removed from the vehicle. He jumped our vehicle so we could close our windows after waiting with them open on a hot day. I was informed by our roadside assistance company that another quote was $250 higher than the Goss price to tow from Appleton to Green Bay.
