Always available day and night and usually have a really good idea of a place you tell them or an address. Especially useful as is with most cab firms in the early hours after some drinks. Not too badly priced from memory and the cars are always immaculate both inside and outside. Good local availability and if you ring for one they usually can come within 10mins. Drivers know all the local shortcuts and roads so when I was sat in traffic we went down some other roads to get where I wanted to get.
