I wasn't sure if I needed the services of Fleetridge financial. I work full-time and have been setting up a freelance business that hasn't generated any income yet. I received a letter from IRS stating that I owed for a year that I already filed and paid for. We have been working with Darren for two years now and anticipate staying with him. He has handled our complicated tax issues with no fail. Home purchases, sales, rental property income, and multiple inheritance accounts from a death in the family have been no problem for him and his team to handle. I would give deVries CPA a score of 0 if i could. I requested in writing that Darren's office prepare and send a 1099. Five days later there was no response to my email and the task wasn't done. I contacted Darren again and he said he would follow up. He did not. Darren even lied and said the 1099 was completed then finally admitted nothing had been done but that he would "do better." Darren's only follow up was to see if i was ready to get my taxes done. I'm done with de Vries. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that actually performs. read more
