I paid them $600 for inspection by an engineer, RL, who MO recommended. Monday comes and I get an email indicating the car was sold over the weekend, after RL had inspected the car for me. I said I wanted my $600 back. They refused initially but after I delivered an expletive laden suggestion that they return my money, eventually they sent back less than half of it. RL kept the rest. MO has shown no sense of responsibility or accountability for his (in)actions other than empty contrition after the fact. I would not trust this dealership at all.

Make sure both parties understand before you leave. - Understand that leaving your car for the entire day is an NL thing and not shop specific. - Oil change prices are astronomical out here, so just find someplace that can do it right to your satisfaction. I've had oil changes, auto inspections, minor electrical work all done here and I am content with their work. They are fast and professional. I was taken to the cleaners by a major local dealership and compared to them, this chain is the way to go. I will always recommend a local shop over a chain but until you can find one, feel comfortable here.
