Paid him $ 2500 and case dragged on - rescheduled court dates for almost 2 YEARS!!! He never, not once called my son to discuss the case further. Finally at pretrial, he said the prosecutor wouldn't dismiss because he had a prior record. NO HE DID NOT... and when Mr. Braddy realized they had looked up the wrong person initially, then finally looked at my son's record.. there was nothing. He had never been in trouble before. However, they still wouldn't dismiss case. He had to do 6 months probation and pay fines... like WTH.. are you kidding me.. no, no kidding! Now, after this nightmare of an ordeal, his probation was up Dec 22nd 2021.. I have tried NUMEROUS times... at least 10-12 times to reach Mr. Braddy to find out why the hell the case has not been dismissed on record yet and can't get him on the phone. When the mother got served, the mother decided only then to take action and use her own counselor to try and act like my stepdaughter wellbeing was important. Only one visit in to this new counselor of hers, we went to a hearing. My step daughter was convinced of allot of things to change her mind in moving during the months the mother was served to the day of the hearing. So when the hearing came, we knew step daughter changed her mind and would tell the judge she wants to stay. So we asked perrone to at the least fight for us to keep the same counselor. When the hearing came, the mothers attorney said her speech and added "she has been proactive with her counseling a mental health". One visit is proactive after being served? Perrone did not even object. We were told it would be 2500 for hearing and her hourly rate of work. Her retainer was 5,000. We sold our silver and took money from all we had bc we thought our step daughter really wanted to move. My husband, her dad never even hired an attorney during the divorce of her mother. 5 years divorced, never did he get an attorney. My husband seen his daughters cries and did not want to ignore them and we managed to hire an attorney. Hearing orders were step daughter stays with her mother and she continues with her mother's brand new counselor with only one visit in. We have been taking her to a counselor since 2019 but yeah sure the mother has been proactive in her mental health...ok!??? months go by no communication. Perrone finally tells us its a closed deal and the case will soon be dismissed. My husband asked her about his refund, no answer. Perrone finally tells sends us an invoice with and charges us 5375.00. So she did one hearing for 30 minutes and I guess 2875 of office work. So now we actually owe her more!!??? We have nothing left!!! And she couldn't even fight to keep my step daughter in the same counselor she's been seeing and make her start all over again.
