I came here, because pre-pandemic shut downs and partial closings one of my bosses gave me various sample sizes from this restaurant during "National Appreciation Job Title" day. I loved the food and munched on it like a starving kitten. Pandemic hits and it severely limits my ability to go to places, but I still had the old flyer. I called the order in ahead and ordered a shrimp poboy for myself, a fish one for my husband and a chicken pasta for my mother. First things first, as its technically a catering company and due to restrictions with dine in service in Fort Bend County, I don't know if the inside will ever be meant for dining service. It seems it's meant mostly for pick up, but on the other hand restaurants are operating differently with the pandemic, so I can't say for sure. Now the food. Portions are huge. Our poboys were large enough that we split them to taste the other person's meal. I felt they were some of the best poboys, I've had. Probably the only better ones are the ones from New Orleans and that's high praise as it's New Orleans influenced dining. If you want to know, I think the fried fish poboy slightly edged out the shrimp poboy. I felt the taste of the shrimp at times got lost, whereas the fish poboy and all of the other components were balanced. However, it's such a slight difference in terms of taste, that you're not losing out if you're eating the shrimp poboy. But if you are eating with someone and they don't mind sharing, I do recommend swapping half your poboy. For my mother's meal, as a picky old lady, she was content, and that's rare. It was a lot of food, it came with vegetables and corn bread. She ate it and didn't complain. To me that's high praise. The only real "knock" as that while the bread pudding is good, I know you can get better bread pudding elsewhere. Also, as it seems to be a start up business, drink options are also limited. However, I think with time there will be more drink options/ As for the bread pudding, people are either going to agree with me or not. It's still good, but I don't think that's the highlight of this caterer/restaurant. The main dishes are what makes this place unique and I'd come here for those dishes or consider this place for events like weddings and bigger parties. The food is good enough to make everyone happy and if it's for a wedding or birthday party it's not like you'll need their dessert as wedding/birthday cakes tend to be ordered at bakeries. I decided to try this spot out after seeing a recommendation from a neighbor. I went at lunch time and it's a small place, no eat in and it's designed like a cafeteria line. The sides are prepared and ready to go but your main dish is prepared fresh, so it takes a little bit to get your order - but the time is worth it. You can tell they really care about their product and all the folk there were super nice. Super busy for them is 5 people at one time, so be patient if this is what you run into - I got the fried fish, blackeyed peas, roasted zuchini, and cabbage. here's my food ratings: Catfish - 4/5 - Decent portion, freshly cooked, nice batter and good flavor Cabbage - 3/5 - I was expecting bacon flavor, I am not sure of the seasoning but it wasn't that 'southern' flavor I like Blackeyed peas - 3/5 - I asked for a little rice under mine, I added tony chachere's when I got home but these were cooked well Roasted zuchini - 4/5 - well cooked and good flavor ISSAGO!!!! read more

My wife and I swung by here at the recommendation of a coworker. The menu that was provided was out of date, which was a bit of a let down, but as a catering company first and a take out restaurant second, I can see where they have to freshen things up from time to time to stay in business. For a Cajun themed restaurant, I was surprised not to see any classics like etouffee or gumbo on the menu, but I'm guessing they're focused on being a bit different. Either way, we grabbed some po boys and cajun pasta, all of which were spectacular. Our last trip here was prior to the start of the pandemic, but I'm still thinking about their "Les Bon Temps" fried catfish po'boy. I've tried a couple of alternatives closer to my house and nothing quite adds up to the quality that they put out. My mouth is watering right now just remembering it. We had them cater our corporate holiday party. The servers were friendly and had a really nice setup!! The display was impressive. They put out cute decorations and leveled it on various platters & boards. Our employees loved the food. The wings were a hit & the meatballs people loved as well. We did a buffet style. This is not necessarily a food truck, but it's a mobile catering company that sets up like a food truck, regardless of the definition they are de-Licious! I had the pleasure of trying these guys out at the Houston Hot Sauce festival. I had seem many happy faces leaving their truck and I was asking if it was good, all stuffed faces murmured something and gave a thumbs up! I went over and lucky enough they had little containers for people to try their shrimp pasta! After one small bite I was in! For a small bowl it was $7. Which is a bit pricey but for food trucks in town that's about right. And they did not skimp out on the shrimp. In that small bowl I had about 5 jumbo shrimps! Customer Service was impeccable!! They were super busy today so I waited awhile but every staff member was visibly working quickly and efficiently to get everyone their food. The staff continuously provided updates on what parts of orders were being prepared and apologized for the delay. I didn't mind the wait at all and the food was worth the price!! The prices were VERY VERY reasonable for the portion sizes!! I was pleasantly surprised this being my first visit. I live literally less than five minutes away and just so happened to luck up on this new spot while at the nail salon. Everything was so delicious, the only complaint I have is the greens were just a tad bit salty but I'll definitely be a regular. Fleur de Licious catered my 50th Birthday Carnival Celebration on May 5, 2017 for 150 guests. The food was fantastic. We had the shrimp pasta, creole meatballs, rice pilaf, green beans, peach cobbler and the bread pudding. My guests are still raving about the food and the incredible desserts.
