Unfortunately I don't have a photo to share but this is what her mother told my friend, "She walked up to them right away and said "oh look Michelle, your friends sent these beautiful flower ". We have used Swan's in the past when we lived there and were always impressed with their work.

I live out of town and tried to have flowers sent to a family member's funeral. I had a terrible experience with a florist in Ft Wright (Fasslers) and ended up canceling the order last minute. I called Flowerama when they opened to see if they could help with an arrangement that needed to be a the funeral home by 10 am that day. Angie was so pleasant and helpful right off the bat. She had the arrangement made within a few mins of our phone conversation and personally oversaw the delivery.
