Not sure what to think. I reached thru Yelp to contract a company to haul away some items. I received a text that they would be able to handle the service. They gave me a quote and I agreed. I gave them my address and they said they would show up at 9am. At 9:20 I got a text that they needed my gate code, I told them that they need to go thru the main security gate and get checked in to come onto the property. They told me no problem. Waited 40 mins then I called my security gate and they never came. I texted them back if everything was ok and I received one text "ok". No apology. Never showed. Not sure what to think. Was it a scam? Why didn't they want to go thru the main gate? read more

Needed a piano removed and discarded. Not only were they available next day, and were the cheapest estimate BUT they took it apart, and got it removed in 10 minutes! Great service provided today. I sent a mass estimation request for junk removal with multiple companies. In my request, I mentioned that I needed immediate removal due to my junk being outside, and it was about to rain, a mistake in my part. I sent a picture of what i needed to get hauled off, and the majority of the other companies responded, taking advantage of the situation I found myself in. I got charged upwards of $400 if it's work that needed to be done asap. Fleuryson gave us a quote of $200 and scheduled within an hour timeframe. Within that hour, I was getting more junk inside and placed outside but had set it aside so it wouldn't get mixed with the items that did get priced out at $200. Fleuryson arrived exactly on time when they said, and when the gentleman looked to assess what we had, I pointed out how much in addition would it cost me for the stuff I added to my pile, it was a pretty sizable amount added compared to the initial request. They stated it's still $200. I was definitely taken aback and was appreciative hearing that. Great company. Quick and reliable service and didn't take advantage of me because of the rain predicament I find myself in. I have more stuff I'll need hauling off in the near future, and I already know to reach out to Fleuryson for my hauling needs. We got everything out before it started pouring.
