He cut off circulation to my brain (the point on the side of your neck to make people black out) and what was supposed to be a quick massage turned into permanent disability. Their "cracking service" is outside of their scope of practice. They are not licensed to nor allowed to by law adjust people or manipulate spines intentionally. I have 10 herniated disc discs due to "Jack" pushing my head into my spine. He originally cracked my neck and I told him to stop that I didn't want him to do any cracking. He was very condescending toward me and told me that 'just a massage is no good.' He proceeded to put me in a lock with his arms around my body and pushed my head down into my spine. Shortly thereafter I passed out. I was in a neck race for almost 2 months and have permanent damage. He provided videos of him performing the massage when subpoenaed by the court during litigation. For whatever reason, he was intensely more aggressive during my massage than with other clients. This large man was standing on a bench, pushing his whole body weight into my spine. He pushed some vertebrae forward in my lower back and now I have nerve damage on both of my legs (happens to be the nerve connected to the sciatic nerve - and it's pinched on both the lest and right side). At the time of my massage they did not have any liability insurance and I cannot imagine that after this lawsuit, they are able to get any at any location. Clients beware and do not go here! I am unfortunately not the only one he has permanently injured - check out his Google reviews as well! this is all public information- search clerk of courts or the business name and you will find the suit.

Only thing is the massages and facials are very basic unless you pay to upgrade them. So for the $60 I pay per month for the membership program, I get either one massage or facial. If you want to upgrade to have the hot stones with your massage it's an extra fee. Sometimes they offer that I use 2 months worth of credit to get the upgrade for the stone massage or better facial. So needless to say it's a bit pricey. I continue to go with a friend because it's our time together once a month and the location fits.
