After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

Take it back and have them fix it again, come back 2 hours later and still not fixed. They tell me, "We are not going to be able to do anything about it, and that's the best we can do." I had purchased some digital files of some 18th century nature prints for my son's nursery. I…read moredidn't want them printed on photo paper because I wanted them to look like they'd come out of an antique book. I wanted some texture to the page and no sheen. I also needed a margin around the entire image so I could affix the prints to a mat before framing. It was an odd, specific project, and I had no idea where to go. I called Southern Reprographics and described the project and was thrilled that they were a) willing to do it and b) offered an amazing price for the job. Joe recommended two paper options, and I took his suggestion to go with watercolor paper. I sent over the files and Joe was very prompt with his email communication. The images turned out EXACTLY as I had imagined. If the excellent product and service from Joe weren't enough, when I called to arrange a pick up, I wasn't going to be able to make it by the time they closed.
