This review is going to focus on the most recent work. 1) they responded immediately to my call and came onsite for quote within 48 hours 2) their estimates were communicated by email and were detailed and clear. I did have questions about the estimates and we resolved them before proceeding 3) they show up when they say they will. This is huge!! 4) they were straightforward with what they didn't do. The example is I was considering an epoxy floor which is a speciality. They said up front they didn't do it versus trying to wing it. (BTW They helped me come up with a great alternative). They did not improvised themselves as A Dry Wall company.  I have met with so many supposed professional, for this project. Yes they are quite booked and have waiting list, but believe me, it is worth the wait, sometimes we want fast and end up with the wrong team. What I appreciated as well is that they are not mercenaries of work, they take jobs one after one and do not csncel you because you are small, or not a mansion or else. HONESTY all the way. His pricing is very reasonable/cheap. He does not overcharge you once he is on site if you want to add-on services. And, he doesn't take quality shortcuts either. As I live out of state, I hired them long distance to prep my condo for sale, and they took advantage of my absence. Now, more than a month after they demanded full payment up front for their work, they have yet to complete the job and oblige the agreement I entered into with them in good faith. Moreover, his crew was careless and broke a vintage lamp I had safely moved to the middle of the room. Rather than keep the broken pieces to allow me the opportunity to try to salvage the loss, they threw out the pieces without my permission. I'm now left with an unfinished project and they have made no attempt in a month to complete the job or pay me back the remainder of what they owe me. And lastly, they stole 20 upscale kitchen door handles that I had left for them to install. Skip this contractor and find a contractor who's not a theif and a liar and someone else more reliable, more professional, and more honest.
