Cannot recommend this group enough! I hired them to install a kitchen backsplash. The crew showed up on time, prepped the space throughly, perfectly installed the tile in a timely manner, and cleaned up leaving behind no trace that the work had been done. Fantastic service. My water heater broke unfortunately, and I didn't have a clue on who to contact. Fortunately, one of my good friends recommended Genti. He came over and tried to fix the issue but ultimately, I had to replace the entire water heater. Then came the other issue---it wasn't the water heater. Turns out it was the electrical breaker! In the process of moving to Atlanta, I needed some renovations done on my new condo and didn't know anyone to call. After asking around, the highest recommendation I got was for Vrapi Construction. They did an incredible job tearing up my old flooring and installing new flooring throughout the condo. They also helped patch grout in my bathroom and install a microwave. The most important quality I look for in a contractor is quality of work. This is nowhere near my first renovation, and after having hired bad contractors previously, this time I was determined to find one who can give me quality work done right from beginning to end with nothing falling in between the cracks. I also wanted a contractor who can do demolition, plumbing, and tiling so that I could just deal with one person. I asked my realtor friend to recommend a good tile contractor, and she recommended Genitian from Vrapi Construction. After comparing 3 companies, I picked Genitian. Genitian was very professional, and the quote was very detailed. He walked me through every line item so I knew what I was paying for. He was prompt, always on time, and kept me in the loop on the progress the entire way. If he said he would take care of something, he would 100%. We live in a condo in Buckhead that has strict processes and procedures for renovations. It was a pain just to get in and out of the building; the service elevator had to be booked multiple times, and the team had to carry all the equipment/supplies all the way down the hall. Gentian and his crew were very accommodating, and since he had a lot of experience renovating these condos and dealing with HOAs, he knew better than me in terms of what all was needed to happen for the project to go smoothly from start to finish. I had two bathrooms renovated, and the job was top notch. Tiles were all level and symmetric, all plumbing worked as expected, and all the grout work was smooth. No details were left out. The attention to detail was extraordinary. I ended up hiring him to do kitchen back splash work as well. It is so hard to hire good contractors now these days. First, you don't know the quality of work. Second, you don't know what happens after you pay them. It is really hard to trust someone without reviews or referrals. I wanted to write this review to share my experience with others as a big thank you to Gentian for the work he has done for us. Vrapi Construction did an amazing transformation on our master bathroom. We had a dated 90's style bathroom with corner shower and tub, and Genti's team gave us a walk-in shower with a Japanese soaking tub and floating vanity. Our bathroom is so zen and tranquil, a total departure from the original look. Genti and his crew are extremely professional and kind. I can honestly say that after my first meeting with Genti Owner of Vrapi Construction, I felt confident that he would do a great job on handling our kitchen and two bathroom (tiling) remodeling projects. First of all, let me say that Genti was on time for our appointment...which was a big plus for me. He was polite and displayed a very calm manner, he took the time to listen to my vision and expectations; which in my opinion is a very critical part in decision making for a homeowner. Genti asked me for my thoughts and I also asked him many questions in the process on areas in which I was unfamiliar with and he gave me thorough explanations of what he would be doing. I asked a bunch more questions and he continued to provide me with patient and honest answers. Once our project began (I was overseas), Genti rang me with updates on a constant basis and forwarded photos as well for my input to ensure that I would be happy with the final result.
