Sending it back to have it fixed does not mean burning the outside and drying out the inside. While I appreciate the managers willingness to cook it again, a third time, I'm not sitting around all night while your cooks try to figure out how to cook. There seems to be par for the course at Firebirds that I've been to. The wait staff is usually amazing and professional and the kitchen probably couldn't hold their own at a McDonald's. They certainly can't hold their own here. Don't waste your time or your money.
