They showed up 10 minutes AFTER the party was supposed to begin. Kids were outside running around and it was pretty embarrassing. One person showed up to run the entire thing. It was complete chaos. She didn't explain anything. Kids were just grabbing stuff because they were so antsy from being outside waiting. It was just a horrible experience. It was completely different than what the party we went to was like. The worker was so quiet when I asked her to explain anything or help she felt uncomfortable. Instead of enjoying my daughter's party I felt like I was working there the entire time... grabbing paint for kids, explaining stuff, and helping them wash their hands.
