I needed a very simple welding job done that took 15 minutes to complete. Two entire weeks after I originally dropped off my part, they called me to say it was done. After inspecting their work, it was clear that they hadn't listened to my directions whatsoever, so I respectfully asked that they redo it to the specifications that I had originally requested. Fast forward two more weeks, they hadn't even touched the part. At that point, I decided to take my business to another welder. The owner had the gall to request that I pay for the shoddy, incorrect work that he had done weeks prior, even after completely ignoring my simple job request, and holding up my work for an entire month. After I refused to pay for what was clearly a breach of contract, the owner became aggressive, called me every four letter word in the book, and gave me the finger as I left. I found another welder within an hour of leaving that fixed my part within 30 minutes, and at a much lower hourly rate. I am baffled by how these people are still in business. Do not waste your time with them, because they will absolutely waste yours.

When I saw him arrive, I put my hammer down and took him around my property so he could give me a quote on a new fence. After he left, I went back to my mail box to continue the repair. To my amazement he repaired the mail box for me! I knew then, that I had found the company that I wanted to have install my fence. They did not let me down. After they gave me a quote the owner thought that a different type of gate would look better. I asked if there would be a price change. He told me that because it was his idea to put a different type of gate in, he would not charge me more. Wow! I wished every company worked like this. The entire crew was nice, prompt, professional and did an amazing job. They did not stop until the fence was perfect. When they noticed that the gaps on the gates were not equal, they redid the gates, saying that just doesn't look right and we want it to be exactly what you want. They made sure the fence was absolutely straight and without blemish. Then, when they came out to secure the gates with screws, the very last detail, I noticed the installers adjusting a gate. I asked what he was doing and he said that it looked a little bit off so he was making sure that it was perfect.
