I scheduled my appointment with Appliance Experts through whirlpool and was told they'd arrive between 8am-4pm. The day before my appointment, however, they called and let me know they'd be there between 10-11AM. The day of, the repairman Randy called by 9:30am and was right on time. He was extremely polite and professional and he fixed my washing machine quickly. I'm so pleased with the service, especially after the nightmare of trying to get it fixed by Central Kansas Appliance Repair. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

My trailer broke down near this business, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing…read more I was charged approximately $2,000 just for them to bring their equipment out roughly 12 miles, and the invoice listed 21 miles. The repair also took nearly three times longer than the timeframe I was originally given. I was billed for 10 hours of labor, even though the work performed should not have taken that long. If I had access to my tools (which were buried in the trailer), I estimate I could have completed the repair in about five hours myself. Additionally, I was billed for labor related to items that were damaged during the repair process. I had purchased several parts and specifically requested that they be replaced on both sides. Not all parts were replaced as requested, and the unused parts were not returned to me. I picked the trailer up at 10:00 PM, and due to the late hour it was difficult to fully inspect the work at that time. In total, I was charged close to $4,000 for a tire, rim, and hub replacement. Based on the scope of work, I believe the cost was excessive for what was completed. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I recently brought in my vehicle to get spark plugs replaced and take advantage of their complimentary vehicle inspection. The team at Ekart was able to get me in quick and fixed even quicker with a total cost of $133 for 1 plug & replacing all 8 spark plug wires. Their inspection revealed an underlying problem that caused the issue in the first place. Terry was the attendant at the front desk and did an excellent job explaining the issue and giving recommendations. My only concerns are the limited parking, and some larger estimates take awhile to put together.
