His ignorance comes in at the price of this review that I will be happy to share with all my air transportation traveling friends. An owner or employee representing a brand or service should never use in text, email or chat, "No Offense" because what follows that is offensive, bullying, or demeaning statements. So yes I took offense. Sorry you think I'm clueless but I'm pretty well educated in Economics 101 and more. I use black car service regularly, and this was the first time black car service did not do a meet and greet at baggage claim. I was traveling with my mother, and she is in a wheelchair, so getting our luggage and maneuvering out to find the driver (different driver) was inconvenient. Also, my niece said she was getting car sick, as the drive to the house was quite jerky and brake-heavy. I may use them for the airport drop-off but will look elsewhere for the return/pickup.
