I have never recommended a taxi service before, but I am pleased and excited to recommend Aaron's Taxi service. I use this taxi service whenever I am in the Houston-Humble area. The drivers are polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They arrive on time and don't try to take longer distances, in order to rack up a larger fee. If you can, ask for David. Another ride to the airport with David last week and it felt like a friend was picking me up. The pick up was at 2:30am from Sugar Land to IAH. David arrived before time, called me and left a voicemail to tell me that he was there but not to rush and take my time. Just like last time, smooth ride and arrived at the airport before time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a safe and reliable ride to the airport anytime of the day. Original Review: Very prompt and reliable. Called them two days in a row trying to get a price from Baytown to Houston, gave the specific addresses in the voicemail(yes voicemail, no one answered the phone) and they never called me back. I would highly recommend Aaron's Taxi in Houston. From what our driver told us, they are originally based out of Atlanta, and just recently began operating in Houston. My husband and I were in town only for the weekend. When we arrived, we got a taxi at the airport, and not only were we overcharged based on the flat rates posted at the airport, but the driver was a bit strange. We did not want the same driver/company picking us up when we left. We'd been told repeatedly that it was hard to get a taxi in the early morning on Sunday, so we were a bit nervous, as we had to leave our hotel at 6am. I hopped online and saw good reviews for Aaron's on Yelp, so I called them midday Saturday for an early Sunday pickup. We did notice that all the reviews were from Atlanta, so we had our fingers crossed! When I called Aaron's, the man who answered was polite, professional, and friendly. He let me know how much the ride would be, got our phone number, and told us we'd receive a call when the driver arrived. At 5:55am the next morning, we received a phone call letting us know our driver had arrived, and what kind of car he was driving. When we got downstairs, we met our driver, David, who was courteous, friendly, and professional. The car was nice, David was pleasant, and the ride cost exactly what we were quoted. If our experience is any indication of what to expect from this business, then book a cab with confidence, because they were dependable and top notch! Before using Aaron's Taxi Service, I'd never ridden in a taxi before. I took a chance on Aaron's based on the 2 reviews before mine and I'm very glad that I chose this company. I called in advance and arranged a pickup "appointment." The projected price from Old Norcross Rd. to the Dunwoody MARTA station was $25. I got a call the morning of to confirm and my driver, Winston, was there on the dot. The taxi was clean, comfortable and not at all creepy. At one point, the engine overheated and we had to pull over and call for another cab. Not ten minutes later, I was riding with David, the guy who had arranged my pickup. He got me to the station with time to spare and kept his word on the fare. A few days later, I used them for a return trip and got Winston...And a working car. I would definitely use this service again. The drivers were reliable, communicative, prompt and honest. For right now, I'm too pleased with them to try anyone else. read more

I usually use uber but as it couldn't confirm my ride for 5am the day after thanksgiving, decided to call a taxi so there was no chance of missing my flight. Not only was Tony exactly on time, he was a joy to speak with during the 20 minute drive. I appreciated his mannerisms, especially because it was so early. It's a bit more expensive than uber, but it was super comfortable and I had no worries. I will use them again. The owner is super responsive too... even on thanksgiving day. I have only used 2 taxi services since I have lived here and Aaron's taxi service is hands down the best. David came to pick me up on time and was very reasonable in his fare charges. My charge was $20 and the last taxi service charged me $45. I had to go to the hospital for a platelet transfusion and David stayed in the area so he could give me a ride home. I used Aaron's to take my friend to the airport the other day, I have a new baby and the flight time was going to be difficult for me to take her. Aaron's was a good price, about ten dollars more than other places, but I booked them because the driver I spoke with was very friendly and professional. As a college student, I've had to use many different taxi services over the past 3 years but Aarons has by far been the best of them all. I needed a ride to the airport last week and since I had to leave my dorm by 4AM, I didn't want to rely on anything too sketchy and decided to call Aarons after reading the reviews on Yelp. Their service was courteous and extremely considerate from the first phone call to when I was dropped off at the airport. Their rate wasn't the cheapest but it was still very reasonable. The car was also squeaky clean and the driver, sincerely friendly. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to use this taxi service and plan to use Aarons many more times in the future. read more

I was quite impressed in scheduling hours prior from San Francisco to inform them of my arrival at the airport at 12:45 a.m. last night. David was on time, pleasant, professional, and customer service was excellent as he followed up with me once I had landed to make sure I was there! After a long flight from SF and not worrying if my ride was really there gave me relief that I needed. I had tried, in vain, to find a reliable mode of transportation (I don't like renting cars) around Houston. Uber was intermittently available. And almost every taxi service I called seemed like I was inconveniencing them with my business. Enter Aarons Taxi Service. This business is operated by a very industrious, respectful and cordial man. Their taxi's were ALWAYS on time, they called and checked on me to make sure I had transportation to the airport the next day... etc, etc, etc.. The cars were incredible as well. Very high end. WOW! What a great service they provided! David the driver was awesome from the get go. He was on time and actually 5 mins early ! On top of that, he waited for me extra 10 mins without any hesitation. David was very polite and helpful with the luggage. I had to make an emergency weekend trip to the Atlanta area over 9/25/15 to 9/27/15. I needed reliable transportation from the Gwinnett County area to the airport on Sunday at 5:30 AM. I am so glad that I found Aaron's Taxi Service on Yelp! I called them late Saturday afternoon to book my pick up time for the next day. The gentleman taking my call assured me that picking me up all the way out in Gwinnett County would be fine. Pros: the taxi service was early and courteous I got to my destination in one piece The vehicle that we rode in was moderately new, black and classy Cons: Lady who was driving was talking on her phone the whole way. At more than one point during the ride she was talking on 2 phones at the same time Arived at the destination, I only had a hundred on me for cash and driver.didnt have change Ended up paying 4 dollars more for the ride because we had to stop by nearby gas station to get change and the driver kept the meter running. read more

They were a few minutes early the next morning which was great and the car was very nice and comfortable and driver was friendly! I have used this taxi service nearly every time I have gone to the airport in the two and a half years I've lived in Atlanta. I don't fly that much, but that's still probably around eight or ten airport trips. I like being able to reserve ahead of time. The drivers are always on time and courteous. I never worry about missing my flight. I think I pay a bit more than I would if I lived in or around Norcross because then they have to drive down to me and then drive to the airport, but it is worth the premium I may be paying. I still think their rates are comparable to other taxi services in the area, at least the ones that do a good job. Even though there are other cab companies in my area that might cost me less, I still always come back to Aarons. read more
