She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the shoes in their inventory. We were after diabetic shoes and needed something nice looking, firm, soft and with plenty of support. She recommended several pairs and my friend purchased three pair and ordered two more pare of shoes since those particular ones were not available in her size. This store has a nice selection of shoes, diabetic, sport, casual and sporty sandals. I was also looking at some beautiful leather purses. We went back to pickup our order and the same woman was there and so were the shoes even though we didn't return for a few months! My friend purchased those two pair and another slip-on sneaker type shoe. I would highly recommend this store, the prices are good and they are the kind of quality shoes that will last a long time. I saw a nice pair of leather sandals and when I got home and checked the price on Amazon they were the same. So the prices are right on track. I should have purchased those sandals, in fact I may just drive down to Ormand Beach for lunch and stop on by and purchase those nice sandals. See ya soon

Not only did she not respond whatsoever, but she was completely rude and miserable the entire time she rang up my items! I love that store, but won't ever let her check me out again. Horrible vibes. I will say, there was a very nice young girl on the floor with dark hair, that went above and beyond to help me prior to checking out, and she was super friendly. Terri may have just been having a bad day but she should've at least said "hello" back to me. Poor customer service from her.

The layout of the shopping center has an open landscape walkway, which doesn't provide much shelter from the scorching sun or pouring rain. There are ground seating areas and a small splash pad for small children. There is also plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging stations. Restrooms are available, though the stalls in the women's bathroom could use a bit of cleaning, as there were toilet paper thrown on the floor around the toilet. Overall, I feel you can have a pleasant shopping experience here at Tanger Outlets.
