She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the shoes in their inventory. We were after diabetic shoes and needed something nice looking, firm, soft and with plenty of support. She recommended several pairs and my friend purchased three pair and ordered two more pare of shoes since those particular ones were not available in her size. This store has a nice selection of shoes, diabetic, sport, casual and sporty sandals. I was also looking at some beautiful leather purses. We went back to pickup our order and the same woman was there and so were the shoes even though we didn't return for a few months! My friend purchased those two pair and another slip-on sneaker type shoe. I would highly recommend this store, the prices are good and they are the kind of quality shoes that will last a long time. I saw a nice pair of leather sandals and when I got home and checked the price on Amazon they were the same. So the prices are right on track. The woman in the store failed to tell me this before I tried on the shoes, and only told me after the fact, essentially forcing me to buy the pair of shoes that I was on the fence about. I ended up buying the shoes because I did not want to pay the $10 fee, and knew I was going to use them eventually. The shoes are fine, but I felt so violated and manipulated as a customer that it made me not want to return. Regarding the fee, there was no posted sign or notice in sight. Maybe this is a common occurrence in dance stores, but this was not a pleasant surprise, and I know the FTC and BBB will not be happy to hear about this deception and misrepresentation of pricing.
