Met the two employees who were attentive and quickly assisted my wife with bringing out a pair of white ON Cloud sneakers, which she tried on. The store had lots of interesting items along with awkward sayings like "Sorry I Can't I Have Plans With My Dog" or "I Like Drunk Me But I Dont Trust Her". I went to pick up a package for a friend that was supposedly delivered here at 12:14 PM yesterday. First they told me they wouldn't give it to me, despite the fact that I showed them a screenshot of the Delivery and offered to put him on the phone. Then they said oh if you can have him forward the email where we can read the barcode, we'll give it to you. He did, but there's no barcode that appears. There was an order number which I had already given them and a delivery date and time. With no less than 17 people behind me in the line and only two people at the register despite over a dozen people working at the store, putting mostly returned merchandise back, he proceeded to fail to give me the package which Nordstrom delivered to an address unrelated to the customer despite Ted being requested to deliver at the store. Meanwhile, I had an impulse purchase, and their system wouldn't recognize me despite me standing there with my ID and explained it to them that I had a new ZIP Code less than two months old. None of the previous ZIP Codes worked either. The apparent manager said oh after three times it locks you out, which was proven wrong when I put the first ZIP Code, which is the correct one in for the second time and it let me in but the new sales lady who didn't know what she was doing and called the manager over in the first place pressed cancel, and I said I'm done and chose to live without a pair of sketchers. I think I'm gonna live without walking into Nordstrom rack for at least the rest of 2026. This was a terrible terrible retail experience on every level.

This seemingly easy task at other stores failed miserably. Lots of clothing from Addidas and Psycho Bunny. The rep walked me to the rear of the mega sized store and could not locate more that three size 13 sneakers and none Wide. This store and the other location in Hollywood are consistent in inventory but have different sneakers in their clearance area. I did find a pair of purple high top Reebok sneakers in size 13 at 50% off that sorta fit, although there were no laces to tie and with an air button that did not inflate and served no purpose except for aesthetics.
