The idea for moving photos printed out makes FlipbookLA a hot item as a vendor in the LA/OC area. My wife and I marriage reception was held at the Los Serranos Country Club in Chino Hills August 2021. Towards the end of event, the printers started to break down. Not a big deal, they mentioned they store digital copies of all movie shorts. We made the request and awaited their delivery. After about a month we asked where the package was and nothing. They followed up months later that they sent the package without a tracking #. Here's the problem. These photos were precious to us. Now we no longer have those photos to share and experience with our family and others. After reaching out for months to Michelle, there has been no response. Until they address this issue, I do not recommend this vendor. Look elsewhere. read more

I've been working with Michelle the past year and booking this for my wedding. The wedding was this past Saturday. It's really a great thing to have at your wedding. They will work with you to customize the color of the flipbook with text and a picture. It was about $1000 for three hours of service for two attendants. I just attended a marvelous wedding this past weekend at the SLS. I was hoping there was a photo booth like so many other weddings I've attended but to my surprise Flipbookla a new concept was there to take some pretty funny photos of us and put them into a mini book for us. At first I wasn't sure what to do but after seeing our first book I realized the crazier we get in front of the camera then the funnier it will be in our mini flip book. Got married at the beginning of August and we had FlipBookLA at the reception. The whole experience was a breeze. Michelle was super easy to work with during the planning stage - from going over the contract, setting times, and working with us on our custom cover - which required no edits from us since the first draft they sent us was perfect. Day of the wedding, Michelle and Dezman showed up on time for set up and they worked the booth and were friendly and welcoming in explaining to our guests how the flipbooks worked. It took a few initial books before people realized this was not your typical run of the mill photo booth and the creative juices really got going. They were both super accomodating as well in allowing the bride to squeeze in a couple more flipbooks after closing time. A few days after the wedding, Michelle sent us a video compilation of all the flipbooks that were created that night, and it was cool to be able to relive the night through them. my husband was against the idea of a photobooth as he recalled every single wedding we have been to and have taken photobooth pics, but never kept the actual pictures. i still wanted an activity at my wedding for our guests. after browsing for months and teeter tottering between hiring a photobooth, i was finally sold on getting a flipbook as i felt it was something unique and fun for our guests and could double as a cute party favor. from the beginning, michelle was extremely responsive and easy to work with. i was a little nervous since i did not see a big social media presence but all fears were allayed on the day of my wedding. on the day of the wedding, two sweet young ladies came to set up early. we did the custom design covers for our books at the last minute and michelle was able to deliver the covers exactly how i wanted them to look and in a quick manner! her prices are fair, her product is great (our guests had a great time and we loved the custom cover books), and most of all, she is very nice to work with (and really, brides, the most important part of your wedding is your vendors). my only negative critique is the printed pictures' quality were a little bit "bubble jet" read more
