Another great reason why Planet Beach is so nice is you don't have to worry about making small talk with a person while you are getting a massage or doing your detox or facial. Everything is automated so you really get to unwind by yourself. That is not to say that the staff isn't willing to help in any way they can , but as soon as you are ready the door is shut and you are on your own for 8 to 40 minutes depending on the service you are doing. If you are still not sure if this is the right place for you just call or walk in and get set up with a free service your first time visiting. I really wish more businesses we ran like Planet Beach.

Instead I received the nicest emails from Mike introducing himself and another questioning what we were looking for in terms of features. I decided to call him to get a dialog going and he sent me an email with several links to models that would be the best fit. We went in to see him yesterday and he spent a lot of time describing the differences and helped us make the right choice. I have to say it was by far one of the best retail experience we've ever experienced. Plus they sell everything to keep your water clean and even evaluate your water. Although I'd love to indulge in one of their rooms that offered a sauna or the steam room- these rooms are located on the second floor. And that's one thing we made sure on this motorcycle trip from San Diego to Boise-- get rooms that are on first floor. We Stayed here for one night- but, enjoyed the hot tub & pool on site. At the time we stayed- the outdoor fire pits weren't available. The rooms even have black out curtains too! Which was an additional bonus. Plenty of restaurants nearby & gas stations. I'd rather support a local business than a chain hotel.

We went in the following week trying to find a solution and they had switched us to bromine tablets which also contain chlorine. My wife unfortunately had the same issues. Just an FYI, bromine still contains chlorine. We went in again to try and get this issue resolved. My wife was over the spa and didn't care for it anymore. We wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. We spoke to a gentleman in twin who unfortunately was not the best of help. We were told that they could potentially help us sell it and we could get a massage chair instead. We sat on that gigantic paper weight for about 3 months without giving it any use. We called last week and we were told by the rep in twin that there was nothing that he or the owners could do. There was interesting choice of words used to describe the situation and that he was told to avoid us. We called the Idaho falls location and expressed our concerns and we got a chance to speak with Ted. This man was amazing help. Within 24 hours we got our problem resolved. He was able to get us out of the spa and into a massage chair. I know many people won't run into the issues we had but if there is any kind of complaints or issues that need to be addressed....Ted is your guy. I want to give a shoutout to Aaron for being a compassionate employee in the twin falls location. He was thrilled to learn that our problem was resolved. I will definitely do business with Brady's in the future! They proved to me that they truly care about their customers.

There were multiple employees at the front desk, but no one greeted or acknowledged me walking in. The gym also needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. The bathrooms were not very clean, part of the flooring near the free weights is coming up, and there's visible ceiling damage in one area. I was still able to get a good workout in, but better customer service and facility upkeep would really improve the experience.

The salon is clean but the services were kind of disappointing. The custom facial I got had nothing custom about it - I don't like making blanket statements but it was the worst I've ever had - they use latex gloves the whole time that are too large for their hands so the sound and the feeling of them was not pleasant or relaxing. It didn't feel like the girl wanted to touch my face and most of the time I thought What is happening i've never experienced a facial like this. Half way through it i kicked myself for not taking up the girl up on her offer to do a shorter treatment - especially after i went to leave and found out I had to pay for something that was supposed to be a gift, and the girl checking out joked how the same thing happened to an elderly couple the week before. Obviously, there is a flaw in their booking system. The deep tissue massage was not awful if you don't like pressure I would not call it deep tissue. I won't be going back and honestly would not recommend.
