We ordered 2 framed photos from our trip down the Snake River. We loved the photo, but didn't receive what we order or was charged for. We received one photo, but not the second. If 0 stars was an option, they'd have gotten it from me. Normally, I can't even bring myself to write a bad review; however, I feel overly compelled to inform everyone of my experience. We happened to be in town for a second time and the brochure from the white water rafting company stated they offered 25% off if you purchased in store. We were hesitant because the photos were better from the other company. So we looked online at their website and it clearly stated 50% off your in-store package order. So we opted to walk to the store and check the actual resolution and image quality. When we walked, we were promptly greeted by an employee. He started showing us the images and we asked about the deal on the website. He stated "That's our old website. We can't honor that." I responded with that's false advertising. He said well it's not our new website. He went back and got a guy named Josh who came out with the same answer. Now, let me be clear. I have multiple family members who own businesses. One bad review means we need ten more to equal it out. When I prompted with what you're saying is you won't honor your website pricing because it's your old website which you admit is your old website and that it isn't my fault your website isn't up to date, his response was correct. I can offer you 25% off as advertised on the flyer you received. I said you understand that a) I already told you the photos were better at the other company and b) wether or not your website is not up to date, that it's not the consumers problem. Therefore, what he was doing is false advertising. I ultimately left informing him that I'd be ordering from the other company. read more

I decided not to purchase anything from this business. Not because of the high prices, but because of the behavior of the salesperson. We were told at our rafting place that if we went here in person, we'd get a discount. The website also implied we we'd get better prices if we came in. So we did. We walked in and were immediately led to a computer monitor where the salesperson looked up our info from the card our river trip company gave us. No mention of the discount for coming in, but so far so good. He mispronounced our river guide's name, then acted like he knew the guide personally, telling us what a great guy he is. No big deal, but fishy. We were rapidly told to mark the photos we like with no mention of pricing options. But again, fine. We were also told, oddly, not to look for photos where we can see our faces because "that's why you went whitewater rafting." I was starting to feel like this speech gets given a million times a day and not to expect to see pictures I'd like. I personally would like to see my family's faces in a photo we pay a lot of money for, but that's me. I was still willing to buy something if we found something worth buying. We only found one photo we liked. I told the salesperson which photo it was and asked if I could just buy a digital download. He dismissed this immediately, redirecting me to printed frames he strongly recommended instead, that start at $60, and the "download is free". No mention of the option to just buy the digital download online. He wasn't talking to me as much as he was talking at me. Hard-selling at a fast clip. I was done. I told the salesperson we were going to pass, and when I turned my back my wife watched him give me a sarcastic, rude, two finger salute like I had wasted his time. The feeling is mutual. So now this business will get none of our money instead of some of our money. A bit of kindness, straightforwardness and honest discussion of our options would have likely gotten a purchase from me. I came in the door planning to make a purchase. But I don't believe in rewarding poor customer service with my hard earned money. We'll buy our photos from the other photographer. read more

I am just not sure about this... I am glad they are there taking pictures. I enjoyed seeing the pics. If I was with my family... I could see myself buying the pictures. However, the prices seem high. BUT, they are there capturing moments that would slip past. read more

Extremely pricey for what you get. We only wanted one digital picture (the others didn't turn out). He said unless we buy a print that isn't possible and we wanted a digital picture. You had to buy 5 digital shots for $90. Terrible business model considering we would have paid$20 for the one shot. Instead they got NO SALE. read more

Way too expensive! They wanted 90.00 for 5 digital photos and 200.00 for all 20 they took. All the photos fit on one disc, so it is ridiculous they charge this much. None of the pictures were very good. Next time, we will rent a go pro helmet at the river rafting place for 45.00. read more

We rafted with Dave Hansen's and then headed over to Float-O-Graph to view our pictures. The staff members were helpful and let us take our time and view our pictures, they weren't standing over our shoulder nudging us to buy packages. We chose to go purely digital, it was about $100.00 for 6 digital images (pretty pricey, the reason for the four stars, instead of five). The images were beautiful, high resolution, and ready on time. I know the price is expected, but it still hurts to drop so much money on pictures my family NEEDS to have ;D read more

After an amazing day on the river, we went to take a look at the photos. Very memorable day, and one of the greatest days of fun yet! We were told it is $90 to receive an email of FIVE photos. The manager mocked me in public at his store. The prices are greedy and ridiculous. WAY too expensive $90 for 5 photos. Very rude... and they abandoned me when I needed to order my photos. Not sure why they need the huge staff they have. read more
