(that was two years ago, and I am still wearing that sweatshirt now) The sweatshirt was only $80 which I feel like is a pretty good price especially for Patagonia. Stephanie saw that I was looking and pondering about a few items so she came over and asked if she could help and if we knew about their knives. We said we knew a little bit but would be happy to learn more. So she gave us a history of the company and told us about a couple of the knives I was looking at. I ended up buying the bird and trout 2.0. She wrapped it up and told us about their warranty and sharpening and to call the store if we ever needed anything. New customer for life!

As the original woman begrudgingly passed us off to her coworker, she strangely made a big deal about my husband wanting to look into sunglasses as well. It took them two weeks to receive my contacts for me whereas I could get them from 1800 Contacts with overnight delivery. Went to pick up long-awaited (2 weeks) contacts on New Year's Eve day after hearing on their voicemail that they were open. Arrived to find that they were closed. Worse part? Nothing done on their end to make amends. A simple "Oh, I'm so sorry here, let me give you 10% off for your troubles" would have gone a long way. Instead, I asked for a refund for the contacts and ordered them online. They will be here in 24 hours. You lost a customer over a Customer Service 101 fail.

After we said we were looking around she got smirky and started looking busy and said she had an exclusive buyer coming in a minute and we needed to head out.
