I was able to get an appointment with Stanley Steemer to clean carpets in a timely fashion. Sam did…read morethe work. He was personable yet professional. I especially like that he wore a mask as he was cleaning the carpets of a friend who has multiple health issues. Upon arrival, I asked Sam if he had time to also clean a recliner. He was happy to do so. Sam offered additional services but did not push to up-sell. Both the carpets and the recliner looked amazing when he left. I felt bad to call them back because as the carpets dried there were areas that needed additional work. I was amazed by the response from the company. Never have I dealt with a company that truly exemplifies what Customer Service/satisfaction should be. They came right out and remedied the issue, in style! Thank you Stanley Steemer and all of your employees that make up a well-oiled machine! Other companies should take note.

Very bad experience with this company. I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment, and they…read morerescheduled it twice. The second time, they even sent me a notification confirming they would arrive during my scheduled time slot. Then, just minutes before the appointment, they called to say they wanted to reschedule again. To make matters worse, when I called customer service, they told me they couldn't even find my appointment in their system. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers' time is unacceptable. I wasted hours waiting for a service that never happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
