This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the service I am paying for. If valet parking is offered and customers are paying for it, customers should not be made to feel as though parking their vehicle is a favor. There are usually two attendants working there -- one younger gentleman who is darker-skinned and another gentleman who appears to be somewhat older. I am mentioning this so management can identify the employees involved and actually look into what is happening at this location.I strongly believe the owner or management of Best NRG Parking Services Inc. should be aware of how their employees are representing the company. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and can absolutely cost the company customers.Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. Everyone paying for valet service deserves the same respect and the same service, regardless of what they drive.

I waited for about 45 mins. which was quite some time considering there was no one in the waiting room. I began losing my patience, I did have a 1 hr lunch break and preciously called in advance to get an idea of how long everything would take, the receptionist told me the procedure I was scheduled for should not take long and they were not busy. I felt at ease knowing it wouldn't take long, especially that my job was right down the street. When I finally got called in I encountered a very nice woman who introduced herself as the Doctor's Assistant, I don't recall her name but she did mention she was from Syria. The assistant and I spoke for about 20 minutes and she entertained me during my wait. After the wait, I finally got to meet Doctor Shalhub, he walked right in. He did not have the best bedside manners during my visit but perhaps he was not having a good day? I came in to remove a tiny birthmark for cosmetic reasons by my jaw line, he ended up charging me about $150 to shave the small birthmark off my face and went deep into the root. His reason for going so deep was to remove the hair roots, though as time went on I noticed this was ineffective. He disregarded the reason why I came to see him, which was cosmetic. He left me with the ugliest scar for such a small birthmark. Then after the "shave" procedure they gave me a mirror which was when I realized he had mutilated my face. I told him it looked like I was going to have a bad scar to which he responded " you are a woman and can wear makeup." Side note, I don't wear makeup often and I prefer not to. Bottom line I do not recommend this dermatologist as he runs this place like a cattle farm chop shop. Although his assistant was pleasant and very nice, I cannot say the same about my experience. As the months went by it turns out my co-worker visited him as well and he entirely mutilated his nose. Then later I found out my dad went to him and he had an awful experience as well. I feel partly to blame, I guess that's what I get for being vain.

Just not as bad. The receptionists were extremely nice. I was called in to a room with, I'm assuming the Doctors assistant because she never once introduced herself. Long story short, I told them that I really wanted to find the reason for my acne and they said "it happens." What do you even mean? I didn't come to this office just for that response. They kept pushing this laser treatment as if the average person can afford it. After showing me a video about the laser, from what it looks to be 30 years old, I asked to see recent testimonials. They honestly didn't know what testimonials were. They just said to go on their website and Google. Obviously I would do my own research if in fact I wanted to do the laser treatment but it's common for doctors to have testimonials in the office. The assistant even told me "oh wow I've never googled about it." Like what? Lol. Look, I'm sure the laser treatment works but it can't be the only option. At one point the assistant asked if any of the skincare products have worked for me and I said no. Her response was to shrug her shoulders and say "you see? The only way to clear your acne is with the laser." I'm so mad I spent money just to not get any answers.

Having recently started at a new position and being in my probationary period, I had to deal with a super basic insurance before my employer's policy kicks in. Karla, the office manager, was really helpful in calling and dealing with the company thus saving me that "headache". After previous home & alternative remedies weren't working, I called this office. It's located in a Doral office building and next to another orthopedic practice. From what I understand, the other office is OrthoNow's "home base" where I would go if my condition doesn't ger better. It's also where OrthoNow does their imaging. When I visited, Melissa who does double duty as an xray tech & medical assistant, took my vitals and took me downstairs for xrays. After the x-rays, I was checked out by William the nurse practitioner, who reviewed and said that basically I have tennis elbow, so I have to take it easy for at least a little bit on the weights.
