My experience with Bath Fitter Charleston was seamless from start to finish! The sweet lady in the office (I'm sorry I don't remember her name), gave me basic information and scheduled a virtual consultation for me the next day with one of their Design Consultants (Mario). During the consultation, Mario, listened to my needs and walked me through all of the options. The photos and pricing were easy to understand and he explained the install process to me in detail. The installer, Solomon, arrived on time and was completely prepared for the job. He even called me 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure we knew he was on the way. Solomon was incredibly friendly, professional and did an amazing job transforming the bathroom for us. The install was thorough, but done quickly so that we wouldn't have to be without the use of the shower for longer than a day. Mario also stopped by towards the end of install to check on things and to ensure we were happy with everything. They really see things through from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful renovation an incredibly easy process. We've had many remodels done on properties we own and I'm truly impressed with the service and quality we received from BathFitter. Would not hesitate to recommend them! read more

We had a tub/shower installed by Bath Fitters about 12 years ago. Over the past few months I have been feeling small soft spots on the tub floor, like divots. I decided to call Bath Fitters and let them know and ask if there was a chance of a hole busting through. They sent Perez, one if their employees, out to my house to check it out. Turns out there were some problems with the original install and yes it was causing small cracks and the tub had to be replaced. After 12 years they replaced the whole thing walls and everything, for free. They even made a change from my original design. We had a great experience! Mariusz came for the consultation; he was professional, engaging, knowledgeable and efficient. He put us at ease and answered all our questions. And as he used to do installations, he had a unique perspective! Tim and Doug arrived promptly, after calling us to give us their eta. They were amazing! They were professional, though relaxed. We love the new walk in shower that Bathfitter of Charleston recently installed in our guest bathroom. The very polite and pleasant installers, Chris and Solomon, were very knowledgeable and efficient. We particularly appreciated the fact that they came in wearing masks, which is a courtesy all businesses should do. I had to have my tub/shower unit replaced and was referred to Bathfitters by two different people. I contacted them and Laurie came out and walked me through the process. She made choosing my replacements so easy. I had already been through their website so I had an idea of what I wanted. Today was my install and Tim H. arrived exactly on time. Where do I begin??? We have an older home, and I was terrified what would be lurking beneath the walls and floors when Bath Fitter came to do the demo and install. Well, no worries were needed. Solomon called me when he was on his way and explained how the install would go. He assured me he had done many older tub remodels and all would be well. My Mom was having difficulty after a few falls, and her shower really wasn't that safe for her. She ordered a new shower to be installed in her room, and Tim came to our home and had the new shower installed in one day. It was an amazing process and I really enjoyed watching it as it progressed. Tim took great care to place everything exactly where it would work best for my Mom, so we would, hopefully, have no future falls. Had a shower and tub put in by Solomon and Malkeyo. They had to take out old items and replace due to them being out of date. our installer, Malkeyo, did a great job on my shower. He actually came a day earlier and finished in one day when I was told the job might go into a 2nd day. He worked alone and got it done by 5:00. We had a bathtub liner and walls installed in 2008. This may the tub liner cracked. Bath fitters did a great job setting up the repair work. Kevin loch and his partner Tim did a great job pulling the old one out and replacing the tub liner. Kevin stayed and finished it. He did a great job caulking and cleaning up after the job.
