(Owner) to reply to my post & I did exactly as he suggested. I responded to the e-mail address he provided copying the General Manager and asking he be provided a copy as well. I outlined the 9 times I contacted Stronghold since April 1,2024 asking for a quote & appointment to repair my floor. I even provided my contact info and my Stronghold identifier SR-CSR-374 so they can locate my service request. Now 12 days later since my last request, still no response. I was really hopeful I would hear from somebody. I guess I was right, business is just too good; they either don't have time or don't care to address repairs. I'm truly disappointed as I've recommended them on numerous occasions, handing out their business cards to several prospective customers.

He actually gave a pretty reasonable quote with out apron wall. My issue is he told me that they don't really do apron walls and he discouraged me against them. My apron walls were pretty standard at about 8 incs. So I decided to call a competitor for a quote with the stem wall included and i mentioned to him that i've got a quotes and the company said they wouldn't do them. He assured me that they would do them and asked if the company was stronghold? The competitor said he had two other clients that went with his company because stronghold refused to do the apron walls. Just seems to me that a company that is so well established would offer this service, and want to please the customer. I also think it is worth wild to note that 3 possible clients will go with competitors because Steve doesn't want to do the apron walls, doesn't seem like it worth loosing business over. I also gave Steve a call back to ask about including the apron walls. Part of me wanted to give him a chance before i wrote this review. I asked if i prep them would they do them and he said he would have to add square footage on the job, but again tried to talk me out of it and told me other businesses would do it for me with out any problems. I said i will take my business to another company and he said fine. Sounds to me like he didn't care about my business or the companies reputation. My suggestion is to go with a company that will give you the service that they offer and you want to pay for, and not what STEVE wants.

I had emailed thru their website and the next day I was already talking to someone to set up an appointment to have measurements and such done. Had everything measured, then went to look at samples. We went about this backwards, but we wanted to know the price range we were in from samples we could see, vs falling in love with something out of our price range. We had wanted hardwood, but after talking to the consultant, and answering some questions, she advised against the (more expensive) hardwood, and steered us towards Luxury Vinyl plank flooring. We went back to the store 3 times taking different samples home with us each time, but wound up with one of the ones from the original group we brought home. Set up our install appointment, was quoted M-W,and they were not only done on Tuesday, they left early Monday! Very little actual life disruption other than having to deal with all the dust and then walking on plywood for a day. Would recommend Martin's to anyone in need of new flooring in the area!

From the initial visit to take measurements to leavening after install, I felt taken care of the entire way. Michelle at the store was amazing. I was in there multiple times, for a few hours each, looking at the flooring. She not only helped recommend the flooring type but also offered to come look at the samples in our house if I wanted. We finally chose a floor and when they called to schedule I had to push it out a few weeks. That was no problem for them. On install day the guys were professional, efficient and clean. We were told it would take 2 to 3 days and they were done in two so I was happy for that. They made things super easy for us and communicated along the way. We will be using them when we get our second floor done.

I have got to call someone that cleans furniture to have them come out and redo it and put Scotchgard on it. They oughta be ashamed of themselves calling them the first class cleaners because they are definitely not. When I called to speak with the very nice lady that booked my appointment, she talked over top of me, don't you love when you get ripped off and then your talked over top of? well if you like to be treated this way this would be the place to come May I've got to find somebody to properly do my furniture I hope they enjoy the hundred and $50 cuz that's a last penny the leversee from me and I will tell absolutely everyone about their bad service.

I hired his team, and they were amazing! Everything was completed beyond my expectations. They went above and beyond. A couple of years later, I hired them a second time to look at a family farmhouse 3 hours away. The mold problem was linked to a leak in the roof. Dave's team took care of everything a second time, and the job was beautifully done. I would highly recommend this business.
