We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. The pricing is competitive. The salesmen were knowledgeable in construction, so that was a big plus. I found this business on a Wednesday. On Friday we signed a contract and, then, by the next business day, Monday, we had countertops in our home; they also disposed of the old. Every aspect, including plumbing, was managed. Our HVAC stopped working, and their electrician admitted he had "no idea what's wrong" until we explained what our HVAC company found. Plumbing and temperature issues remain. When we calmly shared concerns, Melissa became defensive, yelled, and had to be asked to leave -- our Ring camera even recorded her saying, "Yes, we did rush the project." Afterward, she falsely accused us of causing the damage and refused to fix anything, claiming the job was "up to their standards." We now face $4-5K in repair costs. Save yourself the stress and hire another company.
