I toured their office and heard about some of their projects on an American Institute of Architecture firm crawl. They adesigned their existing office building, a modernist cement structure along Mirror Lake, as well as a Mondrianesque cubist structure that is planned for the future. They've also done fire stations, park buildings, religious structures, and residential buildings. They had a pier plan as part of a team of firms.. It's a design-build firm meaning the have a general contractor partnership that handles the build and gives feedback in the design phase which makes a lot of sense to me so clients wouldn't be caught dealing with and trying to coordinate between separate architectural and building firms trying to work through a project. The firm seems to like to include sustainable qualities in their projects such as designs that don't require regular painting. They definitely do some interesting designs and were involved with two design stages of pier design work. Jensen and the gentleman overseeing construction of the projects both inpressed me with their passion and knowledge. They seem like great people too. It will be interesting so see what other projects theu bring to our area and others to inspire. They also did interior work on the new James museum of Western Art in St. Pete. They also designed the Madeira Beach Municipal Complex which looks pretty inpressive. Worth a visit..

I met several of their architects during a recent American Institute of Architects firm crawl. They've done hotel and residential work. Their office doubles as a gallery space. They also have their setup equipped to host terrific parties. I haven't had them design my Nautilus themed island home yet, but if you're considering a new building or residence they probably have some good ideas for you.

These architects literally cant measure correctly. That's why they only deserve 1 star…read more We had to completely tear down and renovate our front porch on our historic bungalow. We weren't going to just use the cheapest company or some unknown architect supplied by the GC, so we researched and asked neighbors. Fraze was recommended and it also had Google reviews. Oddly no Yelp reviews. Bottom line - do not trust Google reviews bc they were wrong. The GC showed me how the architect measured the porch - a friggin RECTANGLE btw- wrong by 2+inches. This caused the support beams supporting the porch to be off center from the columns. Absolutely infuriating to pay $$$$ for drawings that are not even measured correctly. It's not like this is a complicated structure.
