Allow me to provide a bit of insight on our situation. We relocated here from the west coast and started off with another realtor, which I might add seemed to be a great fit at first. For over a month we were being aimlessly directed by a very part-time inexperienced agent. Prior to finding Lisa/Jen I spent countless days of viewing unorganized listings. Weekends were left alone scouring open houses. We is where we kept running across Lisa Morgan at open houses. After a solid month and a half of working with a part time agent, living in a hotel with our dog, spending thousands of dollars, our lives stuffed in storage pods; we decided to leave our part-time realtor and start working with Lisa Morgan. That was the best choice and long overdue. Lisa was one the most organized relators that understood central Florida's industry & inventory. Don't let that sweet southern voice fool you! She is very attentive, has suburb responsiveness, 5 Star Process expertise, & her negotiating skills matched her dynamic personality! Her booker that sits at the desk in the office knew nothing about my unit for rent. When I asked about the broker not knowing about my unit. She referred to him as a "Lacky". Not very professional.
