She was happy to pull out all the floor options we wanted to see, matched it with backsplash tile, and even did some extra design work for us to see how it would look. Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

There we met a lovely very professional saleswomen named Salika Stinson. She was not only patient with me she was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what my vision was and what I thought I needed to make my kitchen project come together beautifully. We were very tired and confused as to what to do because we had just moved into this home. Salika realized how much this kitchen meant to me and that I needed to feel better about what I was doing in this kitchen and how to match the decor so it goes with the rest of my new home. Not only was she pleasant and patient she knew exactly what tile to show us to go with that small piece of quartz and how to match things to it so that my kitchen would come out as beautiful as I imagined it could be. Everything she suggested was perfect and so beautiful and went together amazingly. I even called her after that day for help and she was just as helpful and kind. Thanks to Salika and her amazing talent for design, knowledge and color my kitchen has turned out so beautiful and matches the rest of my home beautifully. They messed up and didn't order enough of the smaller tiles. My installer was half way thru and said. You don't have enough small tile. So we called them. And they were insisting we had enough. But we didn't. They said they would call us back. But never heard anything for 3 weeks. Meanwhile. Thank goodness we had an incredible installer. He was able to take the larger tiles and cut them down so the job could be done. It cost me $450.00 in labor and overtime. I currently have a dispute with my charge company for the $450.00 it cost me to have them work overtime to finish job. I called ann and she doesn't wanna hear it. So that's why I'm giving them a terrible review. Customer service is horrendous.

I asked around and 3 different people recommended me to C Line. I went in and met Steve and he was very helpful and accommodating. He had almost everything in stock I couldn't believe it. He gave me a great price and I brought it right home. My tile installer said it was some of the best tile he has seen. Not only did I get showroom quality tile but I got it at wholesale prices. Second of all you mentioned nothing about custom made saddles or me possibly confusing you for some other businesses, which is not possible because the employee from 2 weeks ago gave me your business card and I hadn't visited any other independent tile shops before you. Third of all why would I want to continue talking to someone that is evidently so rude to me for no reason from the jump? Me not wanting to talk to you after seeing your disrespectful demeanor isn't an attack and neither is me writing an honest review. As per my original review, if you weren't so rude from the beginning and politely told me I was misinformed I would have been willing to have a conversation. I'm all for supporting small businesses especially during the pandemic but not if the owner talks to and about me like this.
