There is 1/2 in to 3/4inch spaces between lots of planks. They kept putting us off to come inspect it. When they finally came of course they blamed the sub floor. This was not the case because we have a roOm that they did Not do that is fine. After hounding them over a year they sent a representative to tell us this type of floor is no longer used or warranted sence it was installed on a house on piers!!! WHAT?? Why didn't they figure that out BEFORE INSTALLING OURS. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Gary did not charge the additional fee for travel, but that was because he already had a business to clean that day as well. I left him a check on my counter for services. (We were out of town for the day & trusted his honesty). They left my water on outside (which was several hours before it was noticed), broke a water faucet & claimed they did neither. The carpets smelled nice, but you could not tell that they had even been at my home. I called to speak with him about the issues, along with two other problems not stated here & he never claimed any fault, except maybe, maybe leaving the water on. He did not offer a discount/refund of any amount, nor any other service he could provide at a later time. I would NOT recommend anyone use this business. I cannot describe my displeasure enough!

Some concerns came up as to the performance of the product.The owner came out and told me he would take care of it in a couple of weeks. Did not happen. At the same time they were supposed to measure for another floor. Nope. Called again, and went by the shop. Still being told they were "so busy", someone would call me back. After many calls someone came out again. They said they would order some product for me to take care of the problem. Every time I have called back I am told they are too busy someone will call me back. Notice a theme here. Don't bother with them. They are too busy. They say they will do something and do not follow through. P.S. - I noticed in a prior google review that stated Rose is an employee. (Rose left a 5 star review on their website) I can confirm this as fact. Rose was one of the people that did not follow through with what was promised. Rose was supposed to come measure for new floors in the Master bedroom the day after she and Eric came out to review my concerns. Rose did not. A week later she called to tell me she had not forgotten about me but they were "so busy". That incident was several months ago, I have not seen or heard from her since. Eric is the owner and he was the one that told me they would take care of my concerns on my 10 month old $11,000 floor. No Eric again, not even a return call. They are "so busy".
