We had a situation where the vinyl floor we purchased from them began to "buckles" within 3 day of installation. We called Brian who came to our home within an hour of call to inspect the situation. Not once did my husband & I feel like we were going to be out of luck or made to feel like there was nothing they could do. Brian was very re-assuring that he would get to the bottom of the situation and he would make it right. A few days later more floors board started popping - he didn't hesitate to come back and take more pictures to send to the mfg. During this time he kept us informed every step of the way. Bottom line it was a product flaw. Brian worked with the mfg and insisted we not only receive a refund for the cost of the floor and installation but he also went to bat for us to be reimbursed for the time and material cost of baseboard my husband installed which had to be torn out. Given Brian's phenomenal service we chose to use Sierra Floors again (but selected flooring from a different mfg). The new floors are now installed and beautiful. We still comment how remarkable it is in this day and age to work with a business like Sierra Floors. They are the best.

They helped me find someone to remove the gas floor heater, patched the flooring where the cut-out left a huge hole, and wove in beautiful wood to match fixing all of the old bad patch jobs. Our floors went from dull and messy to absolutely beautiful. I was not able to come to town to check the color for the stain, but they recommended a color based on what I said I liked...over the phone! I trusted that it would work out and I was lucky to have them because the results were amazing. The team was kind, courteous, and met the deadline and the final price came in just under the estimate. I could not be happier with the service nor the results. I am so grateful I found Moore Flooring!

He told us his product was guaranteed and had a 10 year warranty we noticed after a couple weeks that the product was starting to flake and come off the floor in spots. I called Jason and he said he would out and fix it. Jason never came back and will not answer my calls. I do not recommend him or his product. He comes off nice and sincere but will rip you off. I called the owner Jason many times to resolve the issue. No cleaner was used on the tile floor but the Bona he suggested. I'm sure all this could have been avoided if he just returned a call of was a man of his word.
