I'm very particular about how customer service should be in a store. Dolores was sweeping and cleaning the store and asked if we needed help. She told us if we questions to ask her. We could tell she was working and listening at the same time. She showed us were we could find more frames and pictures. We chose a posable white teddy bear. She was very sweet. Then Amber helped us find some movies and cds. I told her I use to shop here years ago when it was a grocery store. She was very polite. Gavin was our cashier and asked if we found everything we needed. He made sure to tell us to enjoy our visit and come back. I've been in retail for 32 years. I have lost a friend and have family members still reeling from the virus; I have a condition that requires I be careful. Therefore, from plain old ethical 'business practices' when I expressed concern a second time on the phone discussing my purchase receipt, the salesperson slammed me with her response. It was insulting. She let me know that my concern was insignificant because "there's all sorts of information out there." I bought a floor piece that day for a great price. I was going to order much more furniture and lots and lots of window coverings! What happened to good old fashioned service to the customer? I guess this EA doesn't need business.
