We tried this store after a few on the block. We were dealing with John. He was friendly, very laid back. My husband is picky and asked him a lot of questions, he took his time to answer them all. All products were labelled and the Canadian products were also labelled Canadian or not. A tall gentleman walked in, he walked over to us, shook our hands and asked if we were ready to order and we said we were thinking about it. He said no worries you can even take the sample home and decide if it's right for you. We decided to do that. Left a 20.00 deposit. We returned the next day, John was unloading but Maurice said he will help us. He started describing the product more in depth and knew his stuff. Compared to other stores he took his time and when we walked over to the desk he said he will drop the price once he's working on the paperwork. We were shocked as they were already reasonably priced. The product was dropped 20 cents a sqft. Then he took an additional 25.00 off the whole order. He also threw in a cleaning spray. He reduced delivery from 120.00 to 80.00 and explained it will be unloaded in garage and the delivery guys will not load in house. Which we were ok with because he was honest from the start. There was another guy at the desk with curly hair, he was a funny guy and kept us entertained. The environment felt very comfortable and we didn't feel any pressure. The service was great. We had Ahmed install it. Work was great. He had two helpers, but took the lead and walked us through what will happen and how we wanted it. Delivery and install was on time. Cleanup was great. We will be returning for porcelain tiles since they are gorgeous tiles at low prices. We found out later by the installer that Maurice was the store owner, were happy he took so much time with us and didn't rush us. I would rate this business a 5/5 easily. When I first walked into flooring liquidators Brampton location I was greeted quickly by Andrew. He was very knowledgable of product and lowered his price on the spot. He said because were nice people and did his funny giggle. He's a laid back guy and more like a buddy then a sales rep, my wife and I felt no pressure. He was easy going and our delivery was on time. Our installer was Lam and his team worked quickly with no wasted time, also the clean up was great. They have a wide selection and custom order as well. I believe the owner is Maurice who was quick to agree to Andrews price and greeted us and reassured our decision. He was also very professional and kind. The store was busy when we walked in but the three sales guys were on top of it all greeting, doing paperwork and still managing to answer the phones which were non stop. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions, we spent a little over an hour there and when we came to pick up Jon was quick to load our car. If your looking for quilty and good customer service I suggest you check out the Brampton location. Four years ago, my wife and I decided to replace the basement flooring. It was regular carpet and underlay. We wanted something more durable and easy to install. We looked at laminate flooring...but, decided on carpet tiles. We looked at products at all the big box stores...but , we were not happy with the quality. My wife located Flooring Liquidators on Bramalea Road. We obtained a sample book from Sam, picked out our product and my wife went down to pick it up. The staff loaded the car for her as well as provided tips on installation. It was easy. We have since sold our house. Our new house has no flooring in the basement. It was obvious that we would go back to Flooring Liquidators and purchase their carpet tiles. I was referred to this flooring location from dragona carpet warehouse in Scarborough. I was looking for a specific flooring which they did not carry and they sent me to these guys. Store was located inside office building, walked in and Andrew greeted me. He walked me through different types of engineered flooring. I found one I liked and he said come to the front and we'll work out your deal. The prices were way lower from other places I checked out so I wasn't expecting more discounts. He gave me 25.00 off my order right away. Dropped the price from 3.49 to 3.20 and threw in a few rolls of underpad for free - I had majid install and his work was excellent. I found the perfect hardwood for our home. The product was delivered to our home and placed in our garage. Our installer showed up around noon. We had the hardwood installed within two days upper level. The installers cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently. Highly recommend. Great customer service, products, and prices.
