STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They tried to scam us!!! I'll explain everything... the main person I was dealing with was a guy named Israel. He seemed like he was always trying to explain his way out of everything. He is very deceitful and horrible at his job. My wife and I needed a new gate motor installed. It started out okay... we agreed on a price that was almost 4K broken down into two checks of approximately 2k before and after the job was completed. The first problem was the reception was horrible compared to our old gate we had that was super old. So I got back in touch with them and spoke to the manager of the company. I'm not 100% sure but I believe he is out in San Diego. I've included some of my texts with him and I'll let you be the judge of this is a company you want to deal with!! He said he wanted to sell us an antenna and quoted me 175.11 for the antenna and 75.00 for the labor totaling 250.11. I asked him about what antenna he was trying to sell me and I found it online for 40.99. I understand people have to make a profit but he's charging over four times!!! When I called him out on it he lied and said he got confused with the labor cost. He said the antenna is 75 and the labor was 175.11. How do you get 11 cents at the end of your labor cost!!!! Absolute joke! Then when I sarcastically said I'll leave a good review he hit me with the karma will get me text. So unprofessional!!! After this the communication with the company about a time they would come out to install the antenna was horrible. They told me Monday or Tuesday and I never heard from them. I called them on Tuesday and they told me Israel was out on a two week vacation and they will send someone else on Wed between 12-4 then someone called me again and said Israel was out sick and someone will come at 12. Then on Wed nobody showed up again at 12!!! I called and eventually spoke to Israel and he said he wasn't out sick or on vacation and he will come 4-6. The next problem was the post he installed that fell over with a slight touch of my finger less than a week after he installed it. Things that are still not fixed... There was a plastic cap on a different post that was never installed. There was also wires left in a wrong location causing the plastic cover of the motor box to not be fitted correctly. After he fitted the antenna and put the post back in the ground he hit me with his SCAM!!!!!! He claimed he had left the window of his truck open and that the second check we wrote him was damaged and he threw it away in the bin. He wanted me to write him a new check because he claimed the water had ruined it. I refused and thank god I did! Two days later my wife and I checked and the company had cashed both checks and we had images of the checks undamaged!!!!!!! He was trying to get an extra 2k out of us!!!! I've contacted the police about this company and I'm going to do everything I can to warn people to take your business elsewhere! These people are the scum of the earth!!!!! I can't wait for the business to respond to this post and come up with some complete BS. Read other reviews, there is a reason there are so many unhappy customers! read more
