I had a call within a few hours confirming the mix up, which they promptly offered to fix. Great customer service guys!

I worked out the details of a large job that included replacing the trim boards and some trim work…read morearound the stairs but they ended up charging me an additional $500 above the agreed amount. They also damaged some of my walls while pulling the trim off that they said they would address but never did and didn't even come back to clean up after the work was "finished". They left the stairs taped together and left pencil markings all over the floor and stairs. The work itself was fine but was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in both the bid and the cleanup.
