They provide potential clients with free estimates as well as multiple options to meet your needs and your budget. there is NO HIGH PRESSURE selling here. That is a very good thing. Once I decided on an option, the office staff members provided me with multiple dates and times for installation. The most important factor: they worked with me. My schedule is very difficult and they accommodated me without hesitation or delay. The crew arrived on a Saturday (awesome) and they were at the top of their game. They moved my furniture, installed the new flooring and did an absolutely phenomenal job. The guys on the installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. They very graciously met every request I made. And trust me, that was no small accomplishment. The end result was awesome and my house was ready for entertaining family on the same night. I would recommend this place to anyone I know as an excellent resource for even the most discriminating consumer. I had a 1 year old amd my wife was prego with our second child. This company treated me like family, They showed me respect they treated me as if i was there own. They were all some. Not only did they treat me well they taught me they wanted me to get smarter, get more exprience, most comoany want to keep you by a rope get you in there frips and make it impossable to go else were and keep you struggling. Thats how alot of small buaaianess make it. Pay there guys very little keep the work were its just enough to get by. Loan money so they have to return and promise them a empty future. This company taught me to be a man to excell at everything you do. Not to be afraid of any obsticle. That all issue can be fixed. With time patience exprience knowledge understanding. Oh also Money. you ever need to get your hardwood floors resurfaced I would not call Wilson's Floor Sanding…read moreService they are not for the working person we were supposed to get our rental home resurfaced called them told them that we work that we would be there all day Saturday and Sunday however we didn't get there at 8:00 or 9:00 in the morning because my husband get up at 3:50 in the morning and don't get home till after 4pm that being said the guy said he would give us an hour prior to coming to give us a heads up to get there he called us 15 minutes I'm sorry he text did not call 15 minutes before he showed up then called and said he was there. I told him I'm sorry you were supposed to call I can be there in 15 minutes (which technically it takes me 10 I times on time to myself). He then told me that didn't work for him he had to pick up his son and that MAYBE he would call Saturday or Sunday in which he never did!!!!!! He was very condescending, rude and arrogant like I said not for the working class unless you're sitting home all day waiting for just him or that you live there and whenever he decides to come be there then I wouldn't even bother with this company because he surely cannot bothered by anybody that is working 5 days a week 10 hour days and that needs to get a little bit of a break!!!! Being there also all day Saturdays and Sundays does not mean the crack of dawn when you have been working all week it means when you get up you go over there which usually we're there at 9:30 10:00 but that day my husband slept in and I let him (once again he was supposed to call 1 hour prior to not text or call 15 minutes before you're there and when you're there )so he was irritated to that fact. Do NOT use Florence Carpet and tile!!! They continuously misled me and outright lied for 4 months…read morewaiting on my $7000 carpet and tile order! When I finally canceled it, they told me I would have a refund by the next Monday...I didn't! Then the next Monday when I called for the 5th time to see why my check still had not arrived, they told me my carpet was in!! After 4 1/2 months, my installer was no longer available! After finally getting my carpet installed by FC&T, my installer came to install my tile, he asked where the reducers were. FC&T had failed to order the matching trim to connect my tiles to my carpet!! They totally made this a nightmare! On top of that, I was told by my installer that my carpet wasn't stretched tight enough and will have to be redone!!!!
