I used this company to send flowers to a familymember for a housewarming gift. PROs: I was happy with the arrangement because it was exactly what I described, a pinkish monochromatic arrangement in a vase. (photo uploaded) I called on an afternoon and they were able to deliver the next day. I used the yelp deal $20 for $10 and they honored this coupon (I bought it while I was on the phone with them.) CONs: The cost was $75 including delivery, which especially coming from an urban California area, I found a bit pricy. Perhaps this region lacks fresh flowers or competition in custom flowers. Called and spoke with Dana, who is really friendly and helpful. I was able to have my flowers delivered the same day, and she hand-wrote the note, which was a nice touch. The bouquet was arranged beautifully with plenty of gorgeous flowers. The photos online are pretty much a direct match to what is ordered. Prices are reasonable.
