    I wanted to send flowers to my SIL and landed on Whiskey Wallflower. Easy to use site, quick delivery, and she said they're beautiful.

The reason I used this florist in particular was because I liked the way it looked for a friends grand opening of her amazing lash studio! Instead it came in an orange pot! And different flowers the bamboo was dried and not fresh green ones. If you're gonna do a complete substitution please let your clients know. Called them and Kat explained to me it was of the same value ... The base is not even the same there was no zen like effect ... I was almost embarrassed when my friend sent me a thank you picture--- I should have stuck with edible arrangements at least you can eat it in the end. Buyers beware. Thanks Kat for your help but next time please call your customers to let them know how different it will be.

    I attempted to send flowers to my mother in law from this florist. There were multiple issues. #1…read more I called and an answering service took my order. But said that I was calling another florist. Come to find out later this florist has 2 shops with different names but the answering service didn't realize that. I was assured that my mother in law would get exactly what I ordered. #2. With in about 5 mins I got a call from the florist itself saying the order could not be filled that they did not have the supplies needed to do it. I told her to let me see if another florist could fill the order and I would call back and cancel or order something different. She said that was fine. I was able to find a shop that could fill my order. #3 I called her back and cancelled the order and she assured me that I would not be charged and that my information had not even been put in the system yet. # 4. 2 days later a charge showed up for this shop. I called multiple times to get my refund. They took my name and number but the owner never called me back. #5. 4 days later I called again and as usual the owner was not around. I explained again what the issue is and that my next step would be to contact my bank and an attorney. The young lady said she would message the owner right then. I received a call back from the girl In a matter of minutes saying she credited my account back. Why did the owner not call me? I will never use this florist again. Poor management skills and terrible customer service.

She was going to charge me for three piece which was more expensive than getting just a two-piece snack and a extra piece she has started to get my two piece but what she did was put my thigh in one bag and what I thought was two legs and a biscuit, soon as I got out the store I reached and got the leg out and when I reached to get the second leg it wasn't there I was already driving home and when I turned back around and came to the store and informed her that she didn't put my second leg in the bag she stood in front of other customers and was arguing with me that she did put the leg in there and embarrass me in front of the customers that was standing there. Me noticing the cameras I went to the customer service desk and ask the customer service representative if she could please look at the cameras because the lady in the deli said that she had put two legs in the bag and I know that she didn't and I needed her to look at the camera so she will know that I wasn't lying, when the service representative call the manager over and I told the manager the manager said I don't need to look at the camera I'll just go get you the other leg. I informed the manager that the lady behind the counter was arguing with me and embarrassed me in front of other customers and I didn't want them to think I was just standing there trying to get an extra piece of chicken for nothing the only thing I wanted was what I paid for thank God the manager was like no I'll just go get it for you and that's all we need to do it's no big deal. I would like to thank the manager for not embarrassing me further and just giving me the item that I paid for. She apologized for the lady in the deli but I was so upset by then because I was called a liar in front of customers. I have a business of my own a catering company of my own and I wouldn't dare try to cheat anyone out of their supplies, their inventory or anything else. It was a very embarrassing moment for me and I just had to let the public know that this was not okay. I felt embarrassed and look down on because I want it to get the items that I payed for. Thank you manager that was on duty, and the customer service representative that help me while I was standing there. I'm giving this store a five-star rating not because of the deli worker, but because of the customer service representative and the manager they took the time out not only to apologize but to make sure that I left with the items that I paid for
