When you walk in the store is bursting with a ton of plants, flowers, decorative plants, small gifts and trinkets for all your gift giving needs. I was promptly greeted with a smile and given space to look around at everything they had to offer. I picked out a beautiful bouquet of tulips and was provided a free card to go with the flowers. Price extremely reasonable for the bouquet options. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

If I had ordered these as a gift, I would be MORTIFIED. It looks nothing like the photos. It contains lilies and FOUR of the larger roses. FOUR total. The photo on the website shows six roses just on one side of the arrangement! I called Teleflora immediately upon receiving this pathetic arrangement, and they will issue me a credit, but wow... you can see that this PREMIUM arrangement was tiny and looked nothing like the photo. It isn't even a matter of "substitutions may be made in the event we don't have the exact flowers" because this issue goes WAY beyond that. They shorted me on a bunch of roses, they substituted cheap spring flowers instead of choosing flowers of comparable price in the correct color scheme, they apparently didn't have the fall leaves or the berries... it's ridiculous. Looks nothing like the photo. If you can't fulfill the Teleflora order, then reject it. Don't take it and then scam someone out of what they paid for. This is absolutely egregious. Because we ordered it to be delivered to ourselves for our dinner table, we knew what was ordered and what to expect. But I immediately went to leave a review after calling Teleflora, because potential customers should know... if you're paying a premium to send a generous gift of flowers to someone you care about, do not use this shop. You will be embarrassed. I would be mortified if I'd sent these as a gift.

I called them expecting that would deliver the order the following day, but one of the ladies there said she could deliver the flowers to my Aunt on her way home from work so she would have them on her birthday. Needless to say, Harland will be my go to florist from now on!

They confirmed that my date was available and told me to send them all of my details and inspiration. I emailed them twice with no response. Sad that Country Lane did not live up to their reputation. They were recommended to me by my first florist, who was unfortunately struck by a heart condition two months before my wedding date and could no longer keep the gig. I felt confident that they could deliver on my request for the $78.90 that I gave them. The bouquet arrived on the scheduled arrival day. But what arrived was very different from what I requested. It was a funeral-themed bouquet of white roses, unopened garish fuschia lillies, and an assortment of flowers at various stages of death and decay. I understand if their supplies were stretched thin over the holiday, but then they shouldn't have taken my order or told me they could deliver. They said that they would call me back and make things right. A week later, this is still unresolved. I'm in the process of getting some different flowers for my mom to make up for this.
