I live out of state and ordered a sympathy arrangment 1.5 days before the service. I selected the wrong delivery address and was very concerned about where the arrangement would be delivered. Country Lane Flowers ghosted me. :( I contacted them over the phone regarding florals for my wedding. They confirmed that my date was available and told me to send them all of my details and inspiration. I emailed them twice with no response. Sad that Country Lane did not live up to their reputation. They were recommended to me by my first florist, who was unfortunately struck by a heart condition two months before my wedding date and could no longer keep the gig. Eventually, I went ahead and booked with Gerych's instead, and I don't regret it one bit, they did an incredible job and were very attentive! My husband was traveling on business in Asia and wanted to send me flowers. He selected Country Lane at random because we are brand new to the area. He was jet lagged, absolutely exhausted, and placed the order -- transposing two of the numbers of our address. That was just the first thing we did wrong. Next, obviously confused, the delivery driver called my house to get directions. I was actually on the phone with my husband and didn't answer the first two times he tried, and then I was a little snippy the third time because I was on the phone with my husband -- but it was our own fault! ‍ Last, the driver asked for directions, and because we just moved in, I was utterly worthless. I only know where I'm going right now because of Waze. At that point, Country Lane would have been well within their rights to toss the flowers into a ditch and say forget it! Haha! But instead, the driver got them to our house. Not only that, my husband chose the $60 "artist's choice" or something like that because he was too tired to make a decision... and the flowers are gorgeous! I was absolutely thrilled. Went here for my wedding flowers! They did not disappoint! Upon my first visit, I met with Edward. He was very kind and understand of what I wanted. We brainstormed ideas for my bouquet and came up with a plan. On my wedding day, pick up was smooth. My mom actually came a bit early to pick up the flowers and they were all ready to go. So I appreciated that! Overall my experience was wonderful here and I would recommend them to anyone. I got a lot of compliments on my bouquet and I think it turned out wonderfully. My only regret is not preserving my flowers right after. read more

Wish that I could post a picture of the product and a video of the rude comments from the man that I dealt with. Shocked at the lack of compassion and the poor quality of the product. Word for word..."Well you get what you pay for." "We don't make the arrangements here. We just sell them." With this attitude on customer service, I don't see them lasting long. Not sire if it is new owners or what because they used to have great quality arrangements. Do not recommend. read more

I ordered a sympathy arrangement and taking into consideration that flower shops are having trouble sourcing specific flowers I selected a $75 designers choice arrangement and just asked that they use only white or pastel flowers and that I'd love roses or spray roses and hydrangea if they could be included. Instead my aunt was delivered a pumpkin with colorful mums and straw- all very bright and cheerful and totally inappropriate for someone in mourning!! If that's what I wanted I would have gotten it at Meijer's for a lot less. I urge caution with this shop- despite writing out a sympathy card and selecting "sympathy" for occasion they felt this was appropriate and they completely disregarded my requests. Only positive is they delivered quick...you just don't get credit for that when what deliver is embarrassing and overpriced. Update: The shop owner contacted me quickly after I contacted the shop and offered to deliver new flowers or refund my money. I appreciate his responsiveness and apologies. read more

Did well with flowers and a nice job accept for when we needed a receipt emailed. We are from out of town and sent flowers for a funeral. Got nothing but attitude from EDWARD. Had to request 5 times and not only did it take 4 hours and multiple attempts, his attitude toward a customer was very poor. Impatient and poor communication skills. I am not from Michigan and was looking to order flowers for a family friend who passed . After reading reviews on google and yelp I decided to try this shop out . I used to work for a flower shop in college for several years so I am pretty picky on how flowers are arranged and expect nice arrangements when paying the right price. I was extremely pleased with the arrangement and price for the flowers received. They were delivered on time and was as expected . I had several names on the card ( and even added more later ) and the worker there was very patient and helped me get all the names correct . Would def recommend ! read more

Country Lane Flowers not only makes amazing, beautiful, creative and quality arrangements it's a real pleasure to work with them! Kevin is amazing and incredibly genuine!! I went in to order flower arrangements for my grandpa's funeral, of course not feeling great. Kevin gave me a big hug and reminded me that I should cherish the good times I had with him. He helped me pick out beautiful arrangements, personalized them and he took care of delivering then all the way to Rochester. Before leaving his shop he handed me a beautiful bouquet of tulips to brighten my day....and it did!! I walked into the funeral home a few days later and I can tell you out of all the arrangements people sent Country Lane's were the prettiest. My grandmother specifically loved the one Kevin arranged that my friend ordered for us, she even commented on how unique it looked compared to all the rest. The biggest surprise was that Kevin sent a beautiful stepping stone to the funeral home with a wonderful saying. This was so touching to me and made a painful situation just a little better for me and my family and for that I am very grateful.
