I contacted Vior…read moreFloral late in the day (just before 3pm I believe) and inquired about same day delivery, but was initially told it was too late (understandable) and they could deliver early the next morning. The client was going to stay overnight in the hospital anyways so I said no problem and placed the order. I asked Victor to make sure the flowers go directly to the client's room so they don't get misplaced by the front desk/reception. He understood and said they always deliver to the room. Fast forward maybe an hour (possibly even less), and Victor called me to say he was able to get the arrangement out and was at the hospital but the client wasn't there! I called the nurse's station and the client was discharged early. I asked Victor to deliver the flowers to the client's home in Fairfield and he said he could do that the next day. I offered to pay a second delivery fee. The client sent me an email thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. I called Victor back to pay the 2nd delivery fee and he said don't worry about it. He told me what a big smile the client had on her face because she was so happy to receive the flowers. Customer service was outstanding and I would definitely use this florist again!

What I love the most about them - first the sourcing. Many of the flowers are grown at the family farm. If not, they are still locally sourced by artisan growers. (Look at those roses!!!). Second, but equal in importance is the artistry. Kelly is phenomenal at what she does. Third - you absolutely can't ask for nicer people to do business with in our teeny tiny community. We have all the goodness of the small town, while still providing the value of the big city!

He was quickly able to locate one and told me all the roses are $32.99! Check out is in the green building through the yellow door. There are more plants in there too! I think they're tropical or houseplants. Super helpful employees. They even tied a garbage bag around my rose so it wouldn't make a mess in my car. I asked about trees with purple flowers and they were also quite helpful suggesting what I could be thinking of and told me if I get the name they can tell me if they have it in stock. I'm very pleased with my experience and will be back soon to add more to my garden.
